ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Lucy is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, located in a territory of breathtaking hill views and at a short distance to the beaches of the Adriatic coast. It is suitable for those who wish to enjoy the quiet of the countryside with their friends or family. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, offers its guests a wide porch with tables, chairs and sofa, perfect for al fresco dining and a well groomed garden with panoramic pool with Roman stairs.
This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area.

Throughout the year you can taste excellent truffle, to which is dedicated the Fair of White Truffle in the month of October, which has become national since 2013. As a drink, cannot miss a glass of Pergola DOC, a wine of ancient origins which in 2005 gained the registered designation of origin in its versions of red wine, young wine and passito. During the last weekend of July takes place in the historical centre of the town the Wine Festival with tastings, open cellars, entertainment, music and lots of fun. Another typical local product is Vino di Visciole (Sour Cherry Wine), also known as Visner, Visciolì or Visciolata. During the days before the Immaculate Conception another great event enliven the historic centre: the Christmas CioccoVisciola. It is a festival dedicated both to chocolate and visciolata with exhibitors of high quality chocolate products, Christmas pastries, Visciolata and many street shows to entertain the visitors. In the month of August local organisations organise the Medieval evening event, with taverns set up according to the style of that period, parades, battles, scenes of medieval life and travelling shows.
Siamo stati in questo alloggio e non possiamo che definirla un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il posto è spettacolare, immerso nella natura, con un panorama favoloso che lascia senza parole. Regna una pace assoluta, perfetta per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi completamente: davvero la pace dei sensi. L’host è una persona gentilissima e cordiale, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti fin dal primo momento. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, con ancora più entusiasmo!

Huis was prachtig gelegen en ruim voor ons gezelschap met een mooi zwembad
Keukeninrichting summier voor 10 pax. We hebben zelf glazen gekocht.
Maar 1 snijplank..
Er zijn wel twee keukens, maar boven is leeg.
Houd rekening met veel ongedierte vanwege de landelijke ligging.

We stellen uw opmerkingen over de keukenapparatuur ook op prijs. Onze collega Andrea vertelde ons dat hij contact met u heeft opgenomen, maar dat hij geen antwoord of klachten heeft ontvangen. We zijn erg blij met dit ongemak, want we zouden het probleem snel hebben opgelost.
Omdat het huis in een landelijke omgeving midden in de natuur ligt, kan er helaas af en toe ongedierte voorkomen, ondanks regelmatig onderhoud. We doen ons best om dit tot een minimum te beperken en zullen de situatie nauwlettend blijven volgen.
Nogmaals bedankt voor uw feedback – het is essentieel voor ons om te blijven verbeteren. We hopen u in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen.

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber Luciana und Davide. Total unkomplizierter Check-in und Abreise. Davide reinigt jeden Morgen den tollen Pool, der für uns alle das Highlight war. Sehr schöne Landschaft und das Haus absolut ruhig gelegen, obwohl man trotzdem schnell im Ort ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus Casale Lucy. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für zwei Familien. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und sauber. Ein Wunderschöner Pool lädt groß und klein zum Baden ein. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und überprüft. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben sich stets um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Zum Abschied kamen die Vermieter sogar noch einmal persönlich vorbei. Wir bedanken uns für diesen tollen Urlaub
We had a wonderful stay in Casale Lucy in May. The farmhouse is very private with beautiful views from every angle. It is a very traditional Italian farmhouse so no mod-cons but everything you need to be comfortable. We loved spending days by the pool and eating al-fresco each night- the fireflies were absolutely stunning that surrounded the farm house You definitely need a car to get there and to explore the local area. the nearest town, Pergola has a lovely market on Saturday which we really enjoyed visiting.
