The farmhouse is just a short distance from the amenities of Pergola, making daily needs and travel easy. In less than an hour you can reach the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia, while inland you’ll find fascinating destinations such as the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana and Mount Catria, with its mountain refuge open in summer and a kinderpark ideal for children. Also not to be missed is the village of Frontone with its evocative castle. A perfect starting point for discovering Le Marche region, enjoying a simple, authentic and relaxing holiday.
This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area.

Throughout the year you can taste excellent truffle, to which is dedicated the Fair of White Truffle in the month of October, which has become national since 2013. As a drink, cannot miss a glass of Pergola DOC, a wine of ancient origins which in 2005 gained the registered designation of origin in its versions of red wine, young wine and passito. During the last weekend of July takes place in the historical centre of the town the Wine Festival with tastings, open cellars, entertainment, music and lots of fun. Another typical local product is Vino di Visciole (Sour Cherry Wine), also known as Visner, Visciolì or Visciolata. During the days before the Immaculate Conception another great event enliven the historic centre: the Christmas CioccoVisciola. It is a festival dedicated both to chocolate and visciolata with exhibitors of high quality chocolate products, Christmas pastries, Visciolata and many street shows to entertain the visitors. In the month of August local organisations organise the Medieval evening event, with taverns set up according to the style of that period, parades, battles, scenes of medieval life and travelling shows.
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso la vs. struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia dell’immobile e delle parti esterne, i proprietari molto cortesi, non invadenti e disponibili. Posizione della struttura ottimale.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. Il Casale è pulito e funzionale per una vacanza di relax totale. La zona piscina è ben tenuta e curata dai proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità . La zona offre un panorama incantevole che spazia sulle colline con tramonti spettacolari! Noi abbiamo portato il nostro pastore tedesco: lo spazio e la recinzione sono adatti agli amici a 4 zampe. Consigliamo l’esperienza a chi ama tranquillità e natura.
Our first family holiday in the Marche was very nice, funny, we were all very happy there and the weater was most of the time very good. We were mostly pleased with the house. With the equipment, everything worked so far, it was all there, as described, it lacked only a grill. The rooms are very nice, large and bright. A few blankets would not be bad that you can use if you sleep for two in a double bed and would not use blanket together. The view is just beautiful, it is very quiet and secluded. You must only drive 5 minutes to the next supermarket. The restaurant “La Pergola”, 10 minutes away, is very good. Excursions you can do very well, but have to remember that you must drive often one hour, because the streets are not very good. Urbino, Grotte di Frassasi, Fabriano, Corinaldo are very nice and the beach in Marotta, too. Understanding with the owners was a bit difficult because they could not speak English.
