ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Lucy is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, located in a territory of breathtaking hill views and at a short distance to the beaches of the Adriatic coast. It is suitable for those who wish to enjoy the quiet of the countryside with their friends or family. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, offers its guests a wide porch with tables, chairs and sofa, perfect for al fresco dining and a well groomed garden with panoramic pool with Roman stairs.
This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area.

Throughout the year you can taste excellent truffle, to which is dedicated the Fair of White Truffle in the month of October, which has become national since 2013. As a drink, cannot miss a glass of Pergola DOC, a wine of ancient origins which in 2005 gained the registered designation of origin in its versions of red wine, young wine and passito. During the last weekend of July takes place in the historical centre of the town the Wine Festival with tastings, open cellars, entertainment, music and lots of fun. Another typical local product is Vino di Visciole (Sour Cherry Wine), also known as Visner, Visciolì or Visciolata. During the days before the Immaculate Conception another great event enliven the historic centre: the Christmas CioccoVisciola. It is a festival dedicated both to chocolate and visciolata with exhibitors of high quality chocolate products, Christmas pastries, Visciolata and many street shows to entertain the visitors. In the month of August local organisations organise the Medieval evening event, with taverns set up according to the style of that period, parades, battles, scenes of medieval life and travelling shows.
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in your casa. 2 weeks of sun, swimming, sea and relaxation. The scenery and view are spectacular. What a good view to forget all your workstress and free your mind. The house is a erfect place for 2 families as well. We can not think of anything missing. There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has all utensils you need and the swimming pool is perfect. We love “Le Marche”. The people are so friendly and food is delicious. our 2 days at the beach were special too. Not too busy and a perfect sea to play. thanks for a wonderful home to stay here in Italy!

Devo veramente ringraziarla a nome anche degli altri partecipanti alla vacanza, per la soluzione da lei fornitaci.La villa è veramente bella e soprattutto pulita e ben tenuta. I proprietari sono stati decisamente ospitali e allo stesso tempodiscreti, non mi è mai capitato di ricevere un servizio così attentoper una vacanza in villa ( tutti i giorni venivano a pulire la piscina, a gettare i sacchi dei rifiuti e pulire la griglia del barbecue!) E stata una soluzione piacevole e molto rilassante visto anche il contesto dove è situata la villa. Il voto nella scaletta suggerita è sicuramente un 5 su 5. Grazie ancora e a presto! Simona Zanardi
We had a fantastic stay at this villa and the house was just you had described it on the Internet. The owner helped us with several thngs. For example the washing machine broke down and he bought a new one the very same day. We also got a new coffee maker since the one in the house was broken.On the check out day our plane did not leave until late night and the owner let us stay in the house and at the pool area the whole day without charching us any money. We stayed in the villa for two weeks wth two families (4 adults and 5 children). We enjoyed every minute of our stay in your beautiful house. Name it and it is there, everything is very well provided. A great swimming pool, television and many more We also enjoyed the beautiful countryside and the most impressive it was our trip to Rimini. It is a place we will sure recommend to other families for a successful and quiet holiday.
