Booking a property through our web site is easy and fast. You can do it directly online.
Once you have selected the property you want to book and verified its availability for the period of interest, insert in the form (on the right side of the page) the arrival/departure dates of your stay, the number of guests and any notes and select the button ” BOOK”. Then you can enter your data and select the payment method and your booking will be completed.
A brief summary of the terms and conditions of payment is given for absolute clarity:
– 25 % of the property price as deposit + euro 85 as booking costs, to be paid at the moment of the reservation;
– 75 % of the property price as balance, to be paid within 45 days prior to the first day of the rental/stay.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE RENTAL PERIOD: in such events, you shall proceed by paying the full amount for the rental/stay in a single payment at the time the reservation is made.
You can choose to pay by:
BANK TRANSFER – At the end of the procedure, you will be sent an e-mail summarizing your reservation data and showing the bank details to complete the payment.
As attachment to this e-mail you will also find the booking form you shall sign and send us back by e-mail or fax at the no. +39 (0)721.797933, together with a copy of the receipt of payment.
Any additional cost and, in any case, relative to banking transactions may not be charged to DH Villas.
CREDIT CARD – When choosing to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the secure site of the payment system. Insert all requested credit card data, including the security numbers. Go ahead until the operation is completely executed.
At the end of procedure you’ll be sent a summarizing e-mail of your reservation. As attachment to the said e-mail you’ll also find the booking form that you have to sign and send back to the agency by e-mail or fax at the no. + 39 (0)721.797933.
