PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Selene is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, a popular seaside city in Le Marche region. Nearest beaches are about 4 km away and are perfect for family tourism. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort. The property is partially fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees and a salt water swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there’s a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

Final cleaning: € 150
Tourist tax: € 2 per day/person excluding children under 14 (up to a maximum of 14 nights)
Heating: metered on consumption up to the market’s rates
Extra cleaning during vacation: € 15 per hour, 3 hours minimum (to pay on spot)
Extra changes of linen or towels during the stay: € 10 per person/change (to pay on spot)
Air conditioning: € 100/week (to pay on spot)

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
Einfach klasse, man kann auch etwas lauter sein, da man keine direkten Nachbarn hat.

Très belle villa au calme. Magnifique vue sur la campagne environnante, la ville de Pesaro au loin et la mer adriatique. La superbe piscine est un vrai plus ! Nous étions 11 personnes et étions tous confortablement installés. Cuisine très bien équipée ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’organisation et la préparation de notre séjour étaient parfaites avec un respect des timings.
Excellent accueil d’Andrea à notre arrivée et très bonne disponibilité pour satisfaire nos diverses demandes.
Cela nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour dans la Villa Selene qui correspondait en tous points à la description sur le site.
Maison très confortable, très bien équipée avec un superbe jardin et une vue magnifique sur la mer.
