PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Selene is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, a popular seaside city in Le Marche region. Nearest beaches are about 4 km away and are perfect for family tourism. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort. The property is partially fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees and a salt water swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there’s a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

Wir waren eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Selene mit 7 Personen und einem Hund.
Beginnend mit der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt.
Die Betreuung durch DH, das Buchungsteam und vor Ort durch Andrea war super. Bereits beim Check in bekamen wir viele Tipps, vor allem wo vor allem Einheimische hingehen. Restaurants Wein- und Ölgüter, Städte, Museen und die beste Gelateria, alles war dabei.
Andrea erkundigte sich unaufdringlich und regelmäßig dass wir unseren Urlaub genießen können.
Die Lage mit Meerblick, in den Bergen mit dem riesigen Grundstück und dem Pool war sensationell.
Wir haben uns perfekt erholt.

Vom 4. bis 14.05.204 waren wir mit 5 Personen in der Villa Selene.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der neue Pool lädt sofort zum Baden ein. Unser Lieblingsplatz zum Essen war auf der großen Wiese mit Blick aufs Meer. In der großen vollausgestatteten Küche konnte man dafür viele tolle Gerichte zubereiten.
Insgesamt ist es ein sehr großes Areal, dass unsere Kinder (6 und 4 Jahre) zu vielen spannenden Entdeckungstouren inspirierte. Und durch diese großzügige Anlage ist auf jeden Fall die Privatsphäre gewährleistet.
Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns perfekt.
Betonen möchten wir auch die sehr gute Gästebetreuung durch Andrea. Nicht nur, dass er uns tolle Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Er stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite als in der letzten Nacht vor der Abreise unser Sohn erkrankte und medizinische Hilfe benötigte, die er auch sehr schnell und unkompliziert erhalten hat.
