PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Selene is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, a popular seaside city in Le Marche region. Nearest beaches are about 4 km away and are perfect for family tourism. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort. The property is partially fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees and a salt water swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there’s a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
We had a wonderful holiday! Large villa, nice kitchen with good appliances and bedrooms with very good beds. The house is furnished with interesting artworks, good furniture and has a typical modern Italian style. The house has a huge terrain. Through the long driveway you immediately get into a holiday mood and you can get lost in your own garden during a walk. Because the villa is on a hill, the access road is narrow, but accessible. The road is not extremely busy, but you can always come across an oncoming car. We used the road directly opposite the house to drive up and down. Behind the villa is a large garden with fantastic views of Pesaro and the sea. The view is breathtaking, not only during the day, but also in the evening. A swimming pool is currently being installed in the garden, which will be a welcome addition in the future on warm sunny days! The villa has a barbecue and that ensures wonderful summer evenings in the garden. Our Golden Retriever has also the vacation of a lifetime. Enjoy running and playing in the garden and the estate. The owner and assistant are very friendly and are available day and night for you. During our vacation a heavy storm came and the next morning the hostess were asked if everything was fine with us and the house. Fine that interest and concern. The contact has been super good, both not only during our holiday, but also before or stay. Excellent. If you want to use the central heating, you have to pay extra. This is € 80 per week and understandable. It is a gas boiler that can be switched on or off. If people forget to switch it off, it will heat up all day. You also have to pay if the kitchen is not left tidy and needs to be cleaned. We only had to pay € 60 for the heating because the first week was very cold and changeable weather and we had to switch on the heating a few evenings. The internet in the villa is okay. There is a Go module in the living room that houses a SIM card and provides the house with WiFi. There are no restrictions, but the speeds are low. You can stream, but it is best to disconnect other devices from the Wi-Fi. Advantage is what you can place the cabinet anywhere in the house, so also outside and you have good wifi. There is plenty to do in the area and there is a reasonably close supermarket (Conad). Recommended to visit: The caves of Frasassi, Fano and Pesaro, Corinaldo (most beautiful walled town in the area), The Candigliano river on the Furlo pass, Gradara castle and town, The panoramic road in the San Bartolo park, Mirabilandia amusement park, San Marino. Après une petite route de campagne nous voici arrivés dans l’allée de la villa Selena. Quelques oliviers, des arbres fruitiers et la nature tout autour avec une belle vue sur la ville de Pesaro. La maison est très belle et bien entretenue comme décrit sur le site. Nous avons passé une semaine d’octobre magnifique, au calme dans un endroit spacieux.
Bellissima struttura in una posizione spettacolare con vista su Pesaro e sul mare mozzafiato. La presenza di una quercia secolare crea un effetto cartolina incredibile! Immobile in ottimo stato come da descrizione e pulito. Ottimo il rapporto con il proprietario sempre disponibile. Vacanze bellissime. Da provare…

Mooie villa op een schitterende locatie met zicht op Pesaro. Alles was aanwezig en de communicatie met de eigenaar/dream holidays liep perfect. Een zwembad zou het helemaal afmaken, maar daar zijn blijkbaar plannen voor :-). Topvakantie achter de rug!
Das Ferienhaus Villa Selene ist ein Traum! Es ist großräumig, sehr gut gepflegt, sauber und vorzüglich ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und die Küche sind bestens ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer freundlich-kultiviert eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Erholen (mehrere schöne Liegestühle, eine Hängematte sind vorhanden) und zum Spielen (großer, gepflegter Rasen) ein. Die Aussicht auf Pesaro und das Meer sowie auf das Landesinnere ist traumhaft. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem ferngesteuerten Tor und einer Baumallee komfortabel, mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, der Hauseigentümer und die Kontaktperson sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Uns (Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Schulkindern) hat es außerordentlich gut gefallen.
