PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Selene is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, a popular seaside city in Le Marche region. Nearest beaches are about 4 km away and are perfect for family tourism. The villa has been recently renovated and furnished with great care to give guests the highest comfort. The property is partially fenced-in and offers a wide garden with fruit trees and a salt water swimming pool with Roman steps. There is also a well equipped porch for al fresco dining and relaxing in the quiet of the countryside at only few km from the Adriatic Coast.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a hall with a straircase leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a well equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct exit to the outside area, a wide living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the outside area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed (on request convertible into a double bed) and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there’s a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

Unser Ansprechpartner Andrea hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ferienwoche gegeben, sehr sympatischer Typ. Die Verständigung hat super geklappt (sehr gutes deutsch, englisch und natürlich italienisch).
Die Lage ist grandios. Es ist ein sehr grosses Anwesen mit Blick ins Hinterland, über die Stadt Pesaro und dem Meerblick.
Das Haus bietet genügend Zimmer, Bäder und eine sehr grosszügige Küche wo wir uns oft aufgehalten haben.
Auch der Aussenbereich mit der gedeckten Terrasse und dem neuen Pool war super.
Wir empfehlen die Villa Selene gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an Andrea.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Selene a great deal. The house is very comfortable with a large living/dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs all have air conditioning, which we needed since it was a very warm week when we visited. There are three full bathrooms. We didn’t need the dining room since we ate all our meals outdoors on the large covered terrace. The pool is beautiful and large; the grounds are lovely and there was even an exercise bike sitting under a beautiful shade tree. Another aspect that was great about Villa Selene is that it was well stocked with kitchen items such as sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, cling wrap etc. It’s nice not to have to buy all these small things for a one or two-week trip. Andrea helped us settle into the house and was very friendly; he also speaks English perfectly. He even recommended a yoga instructor who came to Villa Selene for yoga sessions. The views over Pesaro and out to the Adriatic are spectacular. We hope to book Villa Selene again and again.
Thanks for a wonderful stay at Villa Selene. We were welcomed by the best host ever – who gave us lots of good advise and practical info. The images didn’t lie at all! The pool was magnificent – so also the garden and the view over the ocean. The lights in the pool combined with sunset and view gave us lots of beautiful images. The house was also clean, practical and nice inside. Very good airconditioning in three of the bedrooms. It’s hard to find anything that didn’t meet our expectations, the only improvement potential is airconditioning in the bedrooms on ground floor (but we were informed of this in advance).
