PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

Im Haus und auch am Pool und dem gesamten Grundstück ist alles so wie beschrieben.
Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen dort verbracht.
Als kleinen Tipp von uns, den wir bei Rückgabe auch bereits persönlich angebracht haben – den vorhanden Poolstaubsauger öfter mal zum Einsatz bringen – rein aus optischen Gründen, da der ein oder andere Baum nadelt.
Wir können den Vermietern nur danke , sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, melden sich vor jedem Zugang auf dem Gelände an, sind dann aber stets unauffällig – bei Fragen aber jederzeit zur Stelle.

Die Villa liegt auf einem schönen Grundstück am Hang. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Ausblick ebenfalls, da man das Meer, auch vom Pool aus, sehen kann.
Durch den Baumbestand und Sonnenschirme gibt es, auch im Hochsommer, immer auch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Sehr angenehm war auch der oft leichte Wind bei über 30 Grad.
Es gibt über das Grundstück verteilt mehrere Möglichkeiten sich z.B. für einen Drink am Abend oder zum Frühstück hinzusetzen, je nach Vorliebe in der Sonne, im Schatten, am Pool oder unter den Bäumen.
Die Villa ist gut und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Supermarkt) sind in 4-5 Minuten (Auto) erreichbar.
Die Vermieter waren bei Problemen (1x) sofort vor Ort und haben es in Kürze gelöst. Auch ihre die Restaurant-Tipps waren sehr gut.

Noch eine Anmerkung, die Autobahn ist nicht zu hören…..
Die Villa liegt am Hang, ca. 5 km vom Meer entfernt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, auf 2 Etagen. Das Highlight ist der Pool!!
Hier gibt es, wenn gewünscht, Schatten durch Bäume oder Sonnenschirme. Weiterhin gibt es mehrere Gelegenheiten auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück, wo man sitzen und den lauen Abend genießen kann.
Es weht meist ein leichter Wind, der die Hitze erträglich macht.
Bei Problemen und für Tipps zum Essengehen sind die Vermieter sofot zur Stelle. Hier vielen DANK!
