PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. Even DH Villa, Andreas, took care of us and asked if we needed anything. All in all a perfect service. The house is beautiful and the garden is big and just wonderful with a great pool. The view over Pesaro to the adriatic sea from the terrace/patio is incredible! All rooms were clean, towels and sheets were available. The kitchen was very well equipped. We, 4 adults, 2 children and a dog, had a wonderful time and will definitely return!
This is an awesome house sitting on the most beautiful piece of land. Everything was right on spot and a huge pool on top. Very nice owners, great team, helpful agency, great overall package. Wir waren 14 Tage mit 2 Familien (insgesamt 9 Personen, 3 Hunde) in diesem schönen Haus mit großzügigen Garten und tollem Pool. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gepasst. Für Hundebesitzer sehr gut geeignet, da alles sicher umzäunt.
Die Restaurants in der Nähe oder im schnell erreichbaren Pesaro boten eine schöne Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Auch das Einkaufen im zB. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernten Einkaufscenter “Conad” war problemlos.
Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal in diese schöne Anlage zurück.
Empfehlung: Mückenspray sollte im Reisegepäck stecken. Der Vermieter hat aber auch einiges an Mückenabwehr wie Duftkerzen usw. zur Verfügung gestellt.
Stefano: Dir, stellvertretend für Deine Familie nochmals vielen Dank für Deine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft! Nur eine kleine Empfehlung: im oberen Stock sollte im Badezimmer ein längerer Duschschlauch (ab 175 cm wird es schwierig) angebracht und der Duschkopf ausgetauscht werden, dann perfetto.

Wir werden alle Ihre Vorschläge mitteilen und hoffen, dass Sie die Villa in Zukunft noch einmal besuchen, um persönlich nachzuschauen. Was das Vorhandensein von Insekten angeht, möchte ich sagen, dass jedes Jahr in jeder Villa eine Schädlingsbekämpfung durchgeführt wird, aber aufgrund der reichen Vegetation und der hohen Temperaturen, die an bestimmten Tagen erreicht werden, ist dies recht häufig.
