PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor.

Electricity over 200 KW/week: consumption calculated up to market’s rates
Final cleaning: € 150
Tourist tax: € 1,50 per person/day (up to 14 nights maximum)
Heating: metered on consumption up to the market’s rates
Extra cleaning during vacation: € 10 per hour, 3 hours minimum
Extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 5 per person
A refundable security deposit of € 400 has to be paid cash upon arrival

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children (aged 9-11) in total. Plus one dog. The house offers effectively two separate living spaces, so this worked perfectly for us. The huge garden is fully fenced off, allowing our dog to roam freely. Everything turned out to be as described or on the pictures. A great location to relax (what a pool!!!) and have privacy, at the same time allowing for straight forward excursions to nearby Pesaro, Fano etc. Fantastic supermarket within 5min by car. If you like to cycle, don‘t forget your E-bike (hill!) In a nutshell, the perfect mix for us… We made heavy use of the big outdoor dining table and barbecue! Effectively, we had to force ourselves to leave the Villa for excursions! 😄 DH Villas and the owners themselves were extremely supportive and friendly. 5 stars from us 8! We will definitely try and visit again! Thank you for a great break.
When you rent online, it’s always a bit of a gamble right? But Villa Luisa lived up to every promise and we thoroughly enjoyed every day at this lovely property – from the heartily and warm welcome by the owners to the view and layout of the house. And not to mention the big blue swimming pool that we and our kids had so much fun in!
Everything was just as described and the house was perfect for us two families of 4+5 traveling together.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Pesaro in der Villa Louisa verbracht. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Park mit alten Olivenbäumen und einem schönen Baumbestand. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Die Eigentümer waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns super Tipps für Restaurants, usw. gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
