PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor.

The oldest festival in Le Marche region takes place in the town of San Costanzo and is dedicated to Polenta. There are also other dishes of the traditional cuisine, exhibitions, entertainment for children and music groups. The event has a winter version in mid-March and a summer version in the second half of July. In the small village of Stacciola the month of August opens with another food event, which is the Sagra della Crescia. Crescia is a local specialty similar to a focaccia and flavored with onion, rosemary or stuffed with sausage, salami and herbs. San Costanzo is close to the seaside towns of Fano and Marotta, rich in events of all kinds during the summer period.

Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, wir haben selten einen solch schönen , großzügigen und gepflegten Garten gesehen.
Das Leben fand nur draußen statt, wir genossen die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, das Private und den herrlichen Swimmingpool.
Sehr hilfreich waren die Tipps unserer sehr netten Gastgeber bezüglich empfehlenswerter Unternehmungen.
Wir haben es sehr geliebt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The hosts were super friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. The villa has everything you need, is very clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Eine super nette Begrüßung vor Ort durch Cinzia, Stefano und Kollegen.
Unser Hund Monti hat den wirklich komplett eingezäunten Garten genossen, er war im Paradies ohne Leine.
Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten super gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort wirklich genossen und überlegen schon ob und wann wir wieder kommen können.
Auch die Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, und der Tipp von Stefano zum Trüffeleinkauf u.s.w. waren ein Highlight.

Wow, what a place! Villa Luisa is huge, beautiful, and super clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the owners are some of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met, they really make you feel right at home.
The area is very peaceful, but you’re only about 30 minutes from Rimini. There are fun party spots nearby if you want some nightlife, as well as gorgeous beaches and great restaurants for Family and Friends.
Honestly, it was the perfect holiday, amazing villa, lovely hosts, and the best mix of relaxation and things to do. Highly recommend!

Wir waren 1 Woche hier und es war absolut traumhaft! Die Besitzer waren ultra freundlich und die Anlage selber war riesig und für meine Hunde ein Traum! Sie konnten frei herumrennen, da es gut gezaunt ist. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht inkl. Grill, schöner Sitzplatz, Wintergarten etc. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto schnell erreicht. Wir waren 8 Leute mit zwei Hunden und es hat reichlich Platz für alle. Die Aussicht aus der Hängematte am Morgen werde ich definitiv vermissen! Ich kann es wirklich jedem Empfehlen, der die Ruhe und Zeit mit den Liebsten geniessen will. Man bekommt das wofür man auch bezahlt! Danke für die tolle Woche!
