ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Amata is a characteristic private villa with pool in Le Marche, located at a short distance to the centre of Urbania, a town rich in Renaissance traditions and known all over the world for its ancient pottery. The beautiful countryside of Le Marche with its woods, meadows and green hills is the setting of this welcoming holiday house, resulting from the renovation of an antique church dating back to the XVII century. The villa benefits of a good position and offers a wide porch with tables, benches and sofas to enjoy the panorama. It is surrounded by a large well groomed garden with tables and chairs perfect to relax. At the guests’disposal there’s also a great pool with panoramic view.
The property is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a bright dining room with fireplace, living area, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, the second with tub). On the first floor, we can find a bright living room and sofa bed (double), a double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds where a pouf bed can also be added, two bathrooms (one with shower, the second with tub).

The National Festival of Befana in Urbania is one of the most popular events of this kind in Le Marche and Italy. During the days before Epiphany, the historic center of the city is enlivened by parades of befanas, shows, dances, food stands and the descent of the Befana from the Bell Tower at the end of each day. On the final day of the festival there’s an impressive fireworks display. In mid-September there is the food event Sagra del Crostolo, which is a local specialty based on flour, water, milk and lard, stuffed with cooked vegetables, meats and cheese. In the stands you can also taste Le Marche typical wines and craft beers. The event is accompanied by shows, music, games for children and a competition for the preparation of crostolo.
Вилла великолепна, мы и не ожидали такого замечательного результата. Находится на холме, что обеспечивает прекрасный обзор на долину и город вдали. Дом в отличном состоянии, внутри есть все для комфортного отдыха. Территория ухоженная, вокруг все время цветут цветы. Можно использовать мангал на улице или зажечь камин внутри. Бассейн большой и чистый, умеренно глубокий, дети купались спокойно. Хозяин проживает недалеко, поэтому всегда был готов помочь с нашими вопросами. Пешком можно спуститься в магазин – 15 минут, но за большой закупкой или добраться до моря, вокзала – обязательно нужен автомобиль. Пожалуй, это единственный минус, что от транспортной развязки вилла находится далеко. Но место волшебное! Для семьи или большой компании – это лучший отдых.
Posto meraviglioso nelle colline di Urbania. Vista stupenda. Casa pulita, bella e capiente. Comunque vicino al paese di Urbania. Supermercato vicino. Villa Amata la posso raccomandare caldamente!
Es war sehr toll. Die Aussicht und Lage war top. Man konnte gut zu Fuss ins Dorf laufen (ca. 15 min.) Wenn man Bauernhofgeräusche mag, ist diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen. Ringsum waren Wiesen und Ackerland mit Kühen und Hühnern. Wir hatten sogar Besuch von einer süssen Katzenfamilie. Die Villa war sehr sauber und es hatte alles was wir benötigten. Den Rest konnte man sehr nahe einkaufen gehen. Die Hauswartin war freundlich, konnte jedoch nur italienisch und sehr wenig englisch. Aber wir verstanden uns auch so.
