STRUTTURA RICETTIVA – Villa Amata è una suggestiva villa privata con piscina immersa nel cuore delle Marche, a pochi minuti dal centro di Urbania, città rinascimentale famosa nel mondo per le sue antiche ceramiche. Ricavata dal restauro di un’antica chiesa del XVII secolo, la villa conserva il fascino autentico della sua storia unito alle praticità di una casa per vacanze. Circondata da boschi, prati e colline, regala un’atmosfera unica dove natura e tranquillità si fondono in perfetta armonia. All’esterno, un ampio porticato arredato con tavoli, panche e comodi divanetti è il luogo ideale per una cena o un aperitivo al tramonto. Il grande giardino dispone di zone relax con tavoli e sedie, per leggere e ammirare il paesaggio. La piscina con vista sulle colline completa il quadro, per momenti di puro benessere e quiete. I dintorni offrono esperienze indimenticabili: la splendida Urbino, culla del Rinascimento e patrimonio UNESCO, il romantico borgo fortificato di Gradara, le spiagge dorate di Fano sul Mare Adriatico, la spettacolare Gola del Furlo con i suoi sentieri panoramici, le vette e i percorsi naturalistici del Monte Nerone e il magico Bosco dei Folletti, per un’avventura con i bimbi tra natura e fantasia. Per una fuga romantica, un soggiorno in famiglia o tra amici, Villa Amata è il luogo dove il tempo rallenta e ogni dettaglio invita al relax.
La struttura è disposta su due piani. Il piano terra è composto da ampio soggiorno con camino, zona living, cucina, due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, uno con doccia e il secondo con vasca. Al primo piano si trova un soggiorno con divano letto (matrimoniale), una camera matrimoniale, due camere con letti singoli e possibilità di aggiungere su ciascuna un pouf letto, due bagni, uno con doccia e il secondo con vasca.

La Festa Nazionale della Befana ad Urbania è uno degli eventi più famosi nelle Marche e in Italia. Nei giorni che precedono l’Epifania il centro storico della città si trasforma con cortei di befane, spettacoli, balli, stand gastronomici e la discesa a fine di ogni giornata della Befana dalla Torre Campanaria. Nel giorno conclusivo della manifestazione si può assistere ad un suggestivo spettacolo pirotecnico. A metà Settembre si svolge la Sagra del Crostolo, una specialità locale a base di farina, acqua, latte e strutto, farcita con verdure cotte, salumi e formaggi. Oltre al crostolo, negli stand si possono degustare anche i vini marchigiani e le birre artigianali. L’evento è accompagnato da spettacoli, musiche, giochi per bambini e da un concorso per la preparazione del crostolo.
The villa was very nice, and matched the pictures.
A nice large dining table for meals. Good sized kitchen for cooking. 2 refrigerators. The 3 bedrooms with double beds were nice sized and very comfortable.
The single beds, not so comfortable. The pool was very lovely. Unfortunately the heat wave had passed by the time we were there in early October, and it was not warm enough for swimming.
We had a lovely family of cat/kittens that hung around the villa. 6 kittens and a mama cat. One downside that we had not noticed when looking at the pictures, was that the living room areas were quite small. Although there were 2 areas (one upstairs and one on the main level), neither one could accomodate more than 3 or 4 people at a time. So the only place INSIDE that a group of 4 or 5 or more could gather was at the dining room table – not the most comfortable for relaxing in the evening.
Temperatures were not warm enough outside after 4-5 pm to gather outside.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Urbania. Het huis was comfortabel en Mercede en Rosella stonden altijd voor ons klaar. Na onweer op dag één viel het warm water uit, maar Mercede kwam direct helpen. Toen we vroegen naar een waterkoker en “nee” als antwoord kregen, stond er de volgende ochtend toch één voor de deur, topservice! Urbania is een charmant dorpje waar toeristen nog opvallen. We hebben heerlijk gegeten, met La Loggia als favoriet. Tijdens een ijsje van de lokale ijsboer konden we het gezellige flaneren van de bevolking gadeslaan. Het huis is typisch Italiaans: niet overdreven luxe, maar met alles wat je nodig hebt. Prachtig uitzicht, groot zwembad en verrassend koel, ondanks airco alleen boven. Minpuntje: wifi dekt niet het hele huis, wat bij pubers soms mopperen gaf. Al vonden wij dat als ouders stiekem helemaal niet zo erg. Een aanrader!

We stellen uw begrip voor onverwachte technische problemen, zoals het probleem met het warme water, zeer op prijs en we zijn blij dat Mercede snel heeft kunnen reageren. We zijn ook blij dat u de snelle levering van de waterkoker heeft gewaardeerd: we streven er altijd naar om attente service te bieden, zelfs tot in de kleinste details. We nemen nota van uw opmerking over de wifi-dekking en bieden onze excuses aan als dit ongemak heeft veroorzaakt, vooral voor jongere gasten. Urbania is echt een bijzondere plek en we zijn blij dat u de authentieke sfeer, tradities en lokale keuken heeft kunnen ontdekken. We danken u voor het aanbevelen van de accommodatie en kijken ernaar uit u in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen von 1-61 Jahre in der Villa. Von der ersten Minute (Schlüsselübergabe vom Gastgeber) bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit gepflegtem Außenbereich und Pool. Vielen Dank!
