PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Sabrina is a refined private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region and offers every comfort for a regenerating holiday in nature. It is located a few km from the town center of Cagli, in a quiet countryside area with panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. The modern design of furniture, the heated indoor salt water pool and the magnificent Jacuzzi create an intimate atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. Guests can benefit of a porch equipped for al fresco dining and outdoor areas for relaxation. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the outside.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch—which features a wood-fired oven and an additional fireplace—a double bedroom with mezzanine floor (furnished with two single beds), an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe, a single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a hallway with mezzanine floor hosting an additional single bed. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, passing through a double bedroom with direct access to the indoor pool. On this floor, there is also a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, also offering direct access to the pool area. The indoor saltwater pool is enclosed by large glass windows and can be heated upon request with advance notice. This area also includes a bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Throughout the year Cagli is the setting of many courses, tasting in the beautiful historic buildings, theatre performances and special events relating to nature and food & wine traditions.
The Pipe festival born in 2000 has become an attractive and unmissable meeting for pipe smokers coming from all over Italy. You’ll find exhibitors, stands and international slow-smoking competitions! It usually takes place in late May. The most anticipated event is the historical Game of the Goose (Gioco dell’Oca o Palio storico) being held every year on the second Sunday of August through the streets of the historic centre. During the weekend there are Renaissance parades, flag wavers, fire shows, archers, crossbowmen and then on Sunday the classic game of the goose performed at the local Arena of Sant’Emidio. The four city quarters compete to win the iron goose, symbol of the Palio of Cagli. No shortage of taverns serving typical local dishes and dance till late at night. In the month of August, an evening entirely dedicated to music with the event Cagli delle Musiche. Among the streets, squares and characteristic corners of the historic center, live bands play different genres simultaneously creating a unique and suggestive atmosphere for the listeners. Meat lovers cannot miss the annual Barbecue party held in the town square in mid-June with food & wine stands and grilled meat, the unique protagonist of the event. Last but not least, the Good Friday Commemoration consisting of an evocative parade through the streets and squares of the town adorned for the occasion with fragrant flowers and petals.

Sono stata una settimana a Villa Sabrina in vacanza con amici , la villa si trova vicinissima al centro e a delle trattorie tipiche marchigiane con un prezzo super accessibile . La villa è enorme e molto ben fornita per quanto riguarda gli utensili da cucina e tutto ciò che serve per pulire e per la lavatrice , inoltre è ancora più grande e bella di come appare in foto , casa pulitissima e proprietario super gentile e disponibile , al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare biscotti e vino di benvenuto e si è mostrato molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema . Inoltre in giardino ci sono tanti gattini bellissimi e simpatici . Inoltre la vista dalla Jacuzzi e dall’ area sdraio è pazzesca . I vicini non sono confinanti con la villa quindi non ci sono problemi per ascoltare musica anche ad alto volume durante la giornata . Consiglio assolutamente di far riscaldare la piscina a meno che si vada proprio nei mesi più caldi perché essendo coperta è difficile che si riscaldi con la luce solare ( e quindi anche di controllare bene il meteo della settimana in cui si vuole soggiornare nella villa ) .

Siamo felici che abbiate apprezzato la posizione della villa, la sua ampiezza, la pulizia e l’accoglienza del proprietario.
Anche le piscine coperte, così come quelle esterne, risentono delle variazioni di temperatura tra giorno e notte, ma il riscaldamento diventa una valida soluzione con anche una grande flessibilità potendone gestire accensione e spegnimento giornalieri. Speriamo di potervi ospitare nuovamente in futuro per un altro piacevole soggiorno.

The setting was absolutely gorgeous with views of Cagli and the mountains. The house had everything we needed, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in several of the bedrooms. Our kids had so much fun in the pool and the speaker system and downstairs kitchen made it fun and convenient. Davide was super responsive and so nice. We would definitely stay again!
