PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Sabrina is a refined private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region and offers every comfort for a regenerating holiday in nature. It is located a few km from the town center of Cagli, in a quiet countryside area with panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. The modern design of furniture, the heated indoor salt water pool and the magnificent Jacuzzi create an intimate atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. Guests can benefit of a porch equipped for al fresco dining and outdoor areas for relaxation. The property is completely fenced.
The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch equipped with wood oven and fireplace, double bedroom with mezzanine floor with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and corridor with mezzanine where a single bed is present. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with air conditioning), indoor salt water pool (that can be heated on request with advance reservation) enclosed by large windows, bathroom with shower and laundry in the pool area.

Throughout the year Cagli is the setting of many courses, tasting in the beautiful historic buildings, theatre performances and special events relating to nature and food & wine traditions.
The Pipe festival born in 2000 has become an attractive and unmissable meeting for pipe smokers coming from all over Italy. You’ll find exhibitors, stands and international slow-smoking competitions! It usually takes place in late May. The most anticipated event is the historical Game of the Goose (Gioco dell’Oca o Palio storico) being held every year on the second Sunday of August through the streets of the historic centre. During the weekend there are Renaissance parades, flag wavers, fire shows, archers, crossbowmen and then on Sunday the classic game of the goose performed at the local Arena of Sant’Emidio. The four city quarters compete to win the iron goose, symbol of the Palio of Cagli. No shortage of taverns serving typical local dishes and dance till late at night. In the month of August, an evening entirely dedicated to music with the event Cagli delle Musiche. Among the streets, squares and characteristic corners of the historic center, live bands play different genres simultaneously creating a unique and suggestive atmosphere for the listeners. Meat lovers cannot miss the annual Barbecue party held in the town square in mid-June with food & wine stands and grilled meat, the unique protagonist of the event. Last but not least, the Good Friday Commemoration consisting of an evocative parade through the streets and squares of the town adorned for the occasion with fragrant flowers and petals.
Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen im Mai/Juni 24 in der Villa Sabrina, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (5, 8, 8, 10). Vom ersten Tag an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist einmalig, der Blick ins weite Tal einzigartig und die hochwertige Ausstattung der Villa gefiel uns sehr. Direkt von der Villa aus lässt es sich prima wandern und in der näheren Umgebung fanden wir alles was das Herz begehrt: Wasserläufe mit Gumpen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants (unsere Empfehlung: Il Ristoro del Passante) und historische Städte (unsere Empfehlung: Urbino und Gubbio). Unsere Jungs erkundeten in außergewöhnlich schönen Touren mit ihren Gravel Bikes die herrliche Landschaft.
Und wir alle fanden Entspannung im großen Pool und Whirlpool sowie auf den verschiedenen Terrassen am Haus.
Ganz besonderer Dank gilt Davide, dem Hausherrn. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wir konnten ihn immer fragen wenn es Probleme gab (z.B. Autowerkstattempfehlung!) und kümmerte sich wirklich rührend um unser Wohl. Davide spricht Italienisch, sein Sohn aber hervorragend Englisch.
Wir können die Villa Sabrina nur empfehlen und kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.

Beautiful and spacious villa was enough to fit 10 adults and 2 kids easily. There was so much room, that you got privacy if you wanted. Two kitchen helped with dishes and food storage. Breathtaking views that you don’t get bored on. Big pool and privacy from neighbours. There is outdoor cats in the villas yard, which do not come inside but is good to know if you take your own pets with you. Everything was in order and as described – thank you! Would highly recommended for bigger family for example.
