PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Rosa is a lovely villa with private pool in Le Marche region, located at a short distance from Fossombrone. It is situated at the countryside in a very calm position but it’s also close to the Adriatic coast. The location is perfect for those seeking for relaxation with the comfort of being at a short distance to the sea. Guests can benefit of a wide garden rich in plants and a wonderful pool. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.

The Triumph of Carnival is an event held in the first half of May. During this weekend, the city districts challenge each other to conquer the Palio del Cardinale by venturing into historical games ending with the equestrian race to the ring. The streets of the historic center are enliven with beautiful parades of figures wearing historical clothes and there are street artists, such as waders, musicians and fire shows. On this occasion each town district sets up a inn proposing Renaissance menus. Every Thursday during the summer, shops remain open until late at night for the Magic Summer Forum Shopping. You can visit most churches and historic buildings as well as take part in concerts, grill parties and events dedicated to children. An evocative evening in August is the Night of the Perseids, when a guided tour of the archaeological park is organized and followed by a typical Roman dinner with animation shows. Summer proceeds to the rhythm of Jazz with the free shows of the Fossombrone Jazz Festival. During the weekends that precede Christmas, the event Fossombrone Magic Christmas attracts many visitors with fantastic snow shows, music and street markets.
Magnifiques vacances. De très belles vacances avec une maison qui correspond aux descriptions, propre, des matériaux modernes. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, avenants. Nous recommandons ce lieu et pensons sérieusement à y retourner une prochaine année.
Beautiful villa with swimming pool. Everything clean and very nice owners. The villa is beautifully situated between the hills of Le Marche. Fossombrone is nearby with good facilities such as a bakery and supermarket.
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne, erholsame Urlaubswochen in der Villa Rosa. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, Torte und Wein. Die große, komplett eingezäunte Anlage ist sehr ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick in die umliegende Landschaft. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, der Hausverwalter kam täglich zur Reinigung und Pflege vorbei. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für zwei Familien. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Schade, dass man ein Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkeln konnte. Alles im Haus war genau so wie auf der Online-Seite beschrieben. Der Hausverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Buchung über Dream Holidays verlief problemlos. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub und wir können jedem den Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa nur empfehlen. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder 🙂
