PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Rosa is a lovely villa with private pool in Le Marche region, located at a short distance from Fossombrone. It is situated at the countryside in a very calm position but it’s also close to the Adriatic coast. The location is perfect for those seeking for relaxation with the comfort of being at a short distance to the sea. Guests can benefit of a wide garden rich in plants and a wonderful pool. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.

The Triumph of Carnival is an event held in the first half of May. During this weekend, the city districts challenge each other to conquer the Palio del Cardinale by venturing into historical games ending with the equestrian race to the ring. The streets of the historic center are enliven with beautiful parades of figures wearing historical clothes and there are street artists, such as waders, musicians and fire shows. On this occasion each town district sets up a inn proposing Renaissance menus. Every Thursday during the summer, shops remain open until late at night for the Magic Summer Forum Shopping. You can visit most churches and historic buildings as well as take part in concerts, grill parties and events dedicated to children. An evocative evening in August is the Night of the Perseids, when a guided tour of the archaeological park is organized and followed by a typical Roman dinner with animation shows. Summer proceeds to the rhythm of Jazz with the free shows of the Fossombrone Jazz Festival. During the weekends that precede Christmas, the event Fossombrone Magic Christmas attracts many visitors with fantastic snow shows, music and street markets.
Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana presso la Villa Rosa. La casa è lontana da altri abitazioni quindi se cercate la tranquillità e privacy è perfetta!
La villa è spaziosa, arredata in modo semplice ma funzionale, i mobili sono nuovi. In casa c’è veramente tutto che serve per il soggiorno compreso tutti elettrodomestici. Le zanzariere ci sono su tutte le finestre quindi i problemi con le zanzare e vari insetti non avevamo.
Lo spazio fuori è curato con un bel tavolo fuori per poter mangiare all’aria aperta. Poi i bambini sono stati sempre a giocare in piscina , l’abbiamo trovata pulita e ben tenuta.
In complesso ci è piaciuta la casa e il posto, torneremo volentieri.
NB i proprietari sono stati molto carini a lasciarci un bel vassoio con i dolci favolosi!!! abbiamo apprezzato tanto.
Wir waren von Ende Juni bis Anfang August 2019 vor Ort. Das Haus ist idyllisch in den Bergen um Fossombrone gelegen. Es ist schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Das man hier etwas außerhalb von Fossombrone ist sollte einem bewusst sein. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen, 1 Kind und 1 Hund vor Ort. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt was für uns und unseren Hund ausschlaggebend war. Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet, das WLAN funktionierte jedoch nicht überall. Der Pool und die Außendusche sowie die dazugehörenden Liegen wurden von uns täglich benutzt. Da das Haus etwas abseits liegt kühlt es am Abend etwas ab, was uns sehr entgegenkam da es tagsüber über 30 Grad warm war. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir auch öfters genutzt und uns so sportlich betätigt. Der große Tisch im Außenbereich wurde für Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir kaum genutzt und die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer die Kaffeemaschine nutzen möchte sollte Filtertüten mitbringen, da wir vor Ort keine kaufen konnten. Ein Toaster wäre eine sinnvolle Anschaffung, da das Brot etwas härter als in Deutschland ist. Wer über ein Auto mit Sportfahrwerk verfügt sollte damit vorsichtig die letzten 3 Kilometer zurücklegen, da es sich um eine italienische Landstraße mit einigen Unebenheiten handelt. Insgesamt hatten wir hier tolle 14 Tage und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wer Urlaub abseits der Touri-Hochburgen machen möchte ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Viel Ruhe, eine tolle Aussicht, eine intakte Tierwelt (Igel, Fledermäuse, Glühwürmchen oder ähnliches…..) und das nächste Haus 100 Meter hinter Büschen versteckt.

Accueil formidable ( corbeille de fruits, eau, lait, vin et plateaux de pâtisseries !) Villa conforme à sa description située en effet à la campagne sans voisins à proximité! Le top pour une tranquillité ! Propriétaires tres serviables! Je recommande!
