PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Portovenere is a charming private villa in Liguria, located a few km from the center of the borgo of Portovenere. The beautiful garden with view over the sea and the Apuan Alps is the perfect place to enjoy sunset cocktails while looking out to the wonderful colors of the sea. Besides the beaches of the Ligurian Riviera that are at about 4 km from the property, it is plenty of activities such as hiking or mountain biking in Le Cinque Terre, tasting at the Ligurian wine estates and sightseeing at the historic cities of Genoa, Florence, and Pisa. The interiors are characterized by a modern and refined style, while the exteriors offer functional spaces to eat and relax. The property is fully fenced-in and has a parking space.
The accommodation is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed (one sleeping place), kitchen and direct exit to the porch, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor, composed of a double bedroom with direct access to a wide panoramic terrace.

** The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:
– 25% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated within the 45th day from the start of the stay;
– 100% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated from the 44th day from the start of the stay

Portovenere is a small borgo in the eastern Ligurian Riviera, between Versilia and Le Cinque Terre. The small town is characterized by narrow alleys, small colorful houses and wonderful medieval churches. As a frame many beaches with cristal clear waters that can be admired from several panoramic spots in the borgo or even better from a boat trip. In addiction to being the perfect destination for romantic and quiet holidays, there are also many leisure possibilities as climbing, trekking in the Mediterranean vegetation, hiking in the nearby historic quarries of Carrara or along the Via Francigena. The proximity to Tuscany also allows to easily reach the historic cities of Florence, Pisa and Pietrasanta.
