PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Malu is a private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche in Massa Fermana, a small town between the Sibillini mountains and the ancient borgo of Mogliano, in the province of Fermo. Perfect to experience the peace and authentic flavors of this region, the structure was built with respect for the environment and guarantees guests the highest functionality and comfort. The many country paths are ideal for long walks or mountain bike rides, while nearest beaches can be reached within approximately 35 km drive. The property has an equipped space for outdoor dining, a swimming pool with stepped entrance and a solarium, the perfect refuge on summer days. A wooden camping house with two single beds is available to guests, an opportunity to camp comfortably in the garden and enjoy a unique experience to combine with the traditional holiday in a villa. The property is entirely fenced.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large open space with kitchen, dining table and relaxation area with ornamental fireplace, small closet and toilet with laundry area. A staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of two double bedrooms, a quadruple bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The road to reach the villa has been recently paved and the last unpaved stretch has been stabilized with gravel mix, making the route more pleasant.

Massa Fermana is a small town in the province of Fermo near Mogliano, a charming village in Le Marche region in the province of Macerata, located halfway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. Walking through its quiet streets, you will discover ancient churches, such as that of Santa Maria in Piazza with a precious altarpiece by Lorenzo Lotto, or the charming medieval fortress from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Don’t miss the Apollo Theater, a refined example of nineteenth-century architecture. Mogliano is a small jewel of art, history and nature. During the summer, the town hosts numerous folk events that attract visitors from all over the area.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Eigentümerin. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Zusätzlich zu den Kosten, die bei der Buchung auf Airbnb als Gesamtbetrag angegeben werden, ist vor Ort eine Reinigungsgebühr zu bezahlen. Das ist zwar in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung erwähnt, aus unserer Sicht jedoch etwas versteckt (Stand 10.10.2025).

Overall, we had a very good experience. Like many others said in the reviews already, the place is very hard to get to IF you don’t know the correct road. We were told the correct road we need to use by Maja after we first arrived. The roads up there are still challenging sometimes and should be driven on with caution. The house is very warm and comfortable. It has a great kitchen, a big living room and two clean bathrooms (even with a washing machine). The outside area is great too with an amazing pool, a big table to have dinner at, and many beach chairs to sun bathe. One thing we didn’t enjoy: One of the bedrooms has 4 very small beds + a baby bed. The beds are not really suitable for adults which should be mentioned in the offer. Maja was always very communicative and helped us when needed. The agency booked restaurant tables for us since we don’t speak Italian an made recommendations where to go. All in all, we had a very nice week in Massa Fermana.

The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house has a beautiful outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for grilling and a large pool. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is definitely necessary. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the fridge should be changed into a bigger one considering the size of the house and the number of guests. The air conditioning costs additional.
