ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area.
The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor there’s a bright living room with fireplace and dining table, a well equipped kitchen with lounge area, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed and private bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom that leads to the upper floor with double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Summer in Monte Giberto is full of events related to the local culinary tradition. The main one taking place at the beginning of August is the Festival of Florentine Steak of Le Marche PGI breed. In the splendid setting of Pinetina, food stands will be open all weekend and every evening there will also be live music and games for children. There are many events in the whole province of Fermo, including exhibitions, concerts, shows and food festivals.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen. Stefano und seine Familie waren sehr nett und liebevoll. Wir und unsere 2 Hunde wurden super nett empfangen und die ganze Zeit über total liebevoll behandelt. Stefano war immer schnell zu erreichen und wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben, so schnell es geht vor Ort. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt
Zuvorkommende und überaus freundliche Vermieter. Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Empfehlenswertes Objekt.
