PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Cavalli is a villa with private swimming pool in Le Marche region in Vallefoglia, a town located a few km from the beaches of Pesaro and the treasures of Urbino. Thanks to its peculiar position guests can visit the main attractions and beauties of the region, from the Adriatic coast to Le Marche hills, passing through the characteristic historic villages. The property offers a large garden with centuries-old olive trees and a porch with barbecue area equipped for al fresco dining. During the stay it is possible to admire the owner’s horses, one of his main passions and recurring theme in the furnishings. The pool is with salt water.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with large windows and TV area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the same level there is another living room with double sofa bed, a twin bedroom (joinable beds on request) with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a study area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. From the study area and from one of the double bedrooms it is possible to access a shaded terrace.

Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due

The town of Vallefoglia is located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in Le Marche region. The territory is characterized by typical productions including oil, wine and cheese. Moreover, it boasts a strategic position being at the center of the best attractions of the area where many events take place throughout the year. To name a few, it is possible to reach Pesaro, the seat of the Rossini Opera Festival and a well-known seaside resort; Urbino, the center of the Italian Renaissance as well as a UNESCO heritage site and Fano, famous for one of the oldest carnivals in Italy. Montefabbri, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy is also worth a visit.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Cavalli verbracht (8 Erwachsene und unser Hund). Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Eigentümer Vittorio empfangen und haben erstmal eine Führung durchs Haus erhalten. Es sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Das Anwesend ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt.
Die Villa hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage und ist für Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Pesaro, Fano, Urbino,San Marino usw. sehr gut geeignet.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht. Ein Bäcker und auch ein kleiner Obst- und Gemüseladen (wird direkt vor dem Haus auf den Feldern angebaut) sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Vittorio und Italo standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sie haben uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und kennen auch die besten Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Ein Highlight war das gemeinsame Kochen und gemeinsame Essen am Pool.
Wir bedanken uns nochmal sehr herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

We had an amazing and lovely time in this villa! The owner Vittorio and his son picked us up at the highway exit and they guided us to the house. They explained everything, gave us a tour. Every morning, we had fresh eggs from the chickens. Also the gardener Remy is very nice. We could ask them anything, they always tried to help and guide us. They told us where the restaurants are, where to go and what to do.
A very nice and great experience, We would certainly  recommend this villa!
