STRUTTURA PRIVATA (SOLO LOCAZIONE) – Villa Cavalli è una villa con piscina privata nelle Marche a Vallefoglia, un comune a pochi km dalle spiagge di Pesaro e dai tesori della città di Urbino. La sua posizione è ideale per visitare le principali attrazioni e bellezze della regione, dalla costa Adriatica sino alle colline marchigiane, passando per i caratteristici borghi storici. La proprietà offre un ampio parco con ulivi secolari e un porticato con zona barbecue attrezzata per mangiare all’aperto. Soggiornando in villa si potranno ammirare i cavalli del proprietario, una sua grande passione che ricorre anche come tema negli arredi. La piscina è ad acqua salata.
La villa disposta su due piani. Al piano terra si trova un ampio soggiorno con ampie vetrate e zona TV, bagno con doccia, cucina e zona lavanderia. Sullo stesso livello si trova un altro salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, da cui si accede ad una camera doppia (letti unibili su richiesta) con bagno interno con doccia e ad una camera doppia (letti unibili su richiesta). Una scala interna conduce al piano superiore dove si trova una zona studio, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con bagno ensuite con doccia. Dalla zona studio e da una delle camere matrimoniali è possibile accedere ad un terrazzo verandato.

Il comune di Vallefoglia si trova in provincia di Pesaro e Urbino nelle Marche. Caratterizzato da molte produzioni tipiche tra cui quella dell’olio, del vino e dei formaggi, il territorio gode di una posizione strategica in quanto posizionato al centro delle migliori attrazioni della zona in cui durante tutto l’anno si svolgono numerosi eventi. E’ infatti possibile raggiungere Pesaro, sede del Rossini Opera Festival e nota località balneare; Urbino, centro del Rinascimento italiano nonché patrimonio dell’UNESCO e Fano, famosa per uno dei più antichi carnevali d’Italia. Entro i confini del comune è possibile visitare Montefabbri, uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia.
Really nice villa in a lovely rural location but close to good restaurants and places of interest. Full of rustic charm and character but would benefit a little investment in the kitchen. The outdoor bbq area is fab and the pool was the highlight for our family visit. Would we visit again – possibly.

We had a wonderful week with our kids here.

We literally lived next to the pool and the outdoor kitchen all week long.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! The online photos were clearly taken with care 😉 — and they do justice to the charm of the place. It’s peacefully remote, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable.
We did experience a temporary issue with hot water, but the owner responded promptly by installing a new boiler during our stay — a much-appreciated gesture. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was out of order from day one and wasn’t repaired during our visit, which was quite inconvenient. The owner kindly offered a box of prosecco to make up for it, which was a nice touch, though we would have preferred a working dishwasher.
Despite that, the overall experience was great. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Cavalli war umwerfend. Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig und authentisch konzipiert. Die vielen Olivenbäume lassen einen richtig eintauchen in die italienische Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist gross, schön, sehr sauber und die Sonnenliegen in einem top Zustand. Das Haus ist mit den Steinböden urchig und angenehm kühl, die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man kann problemlos kochen für 7 Personen. Wir waren sehr froh über den grossen Kühlschrank und den zusätzlichen Tiefkühler. Andrea war ein klasse Gastgeber, er hat sich mehrfach bei erkundigt, uns geholfen und unterstützt. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
