ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – At only 10 km from the Adriatic Coast, Villa Candelara is a beautiful private villa with pool located in Le Marche region. Its combines the peace and calm of a country house with the comfort of being close to the seaside city of Pesaro, rich in events and shows, including the famous Rossini Opera Festival. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a lovely garden with around 30 olive trees, providing the highest privacy during the stay. Guests can benefit of a porch furnished with table, chairs and outdoor sofas to enjoy relaxing moments and of a nice swimming pool.
The villa is on different levels and has been furnished by its owners in simple but functional style, as with most beach houses. On the ground floor there is a living room and a wide kitchen with fireplace as decoration only, giving direct access to the porch. Going down a few steps there’s the sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with small balcony, a double bedroom with single bed and balcony, a twin bedroom, a small bedroom with single bed and a large bathroom with bath. Through a staircase from the living room you reach the upper floor with a large double bedroom where it’s possible to add an extra single bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. Going up few stairs there is a wide relaxing area with sofas and tv corner. The basement of the villa is composed of a laundry area and a bathroom with shower.

The history of Candelara is linked to candles after which this town is named. In the last weekends of November till the first weekend of December, in the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception the town hosts the event Candles in Candelara, the first market in Italy dedicated to candles, rich in shows, entertainment and specialties of the local cuisine. The market takes place in the whole centre of this charming borgo and out of its walls with more than sixty wooden houses where handicrafts of all kinds are exposed. Peak of the event is the cut of artificial lighting. There are two switching off, the first at 17,30 and the second at 18,30, each one lasting 15 minutes. From Candelara you can easily reach the cities of Pesaro and Fano, rich in events and festivals.
Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus und haben die ruhige Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Frauen konnten die Stille auf der Liege bei herrlicher Aussicht genießen. Wir haben die Gegend erkundet bei kleinen Wanderungen, am Strand oder beim Bummel in Rimini oder San Marino. Falls man mal keine Lust auf kochen hatte, konnte man auch schnell ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe finden, es hat uns auch überall gut geschmeckt. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gern weiter, da wir in der Zeit im Haus gut betreut wurden, als Beispiel wurde der Pool jeden Tag gereinigt 🙂 Wir danken für den schönen Urlaub in der Villa Candelara.
Fantastisch huis met alle comfort op een bijzondere plek. Wij hebben een week verbleven in Villa Candelara met 9 personen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ziet er keurig en schoon uit. Een heerlijke tuin met zwembad en voldoende schaduw en een lekker terras voor een heerlijke Italiaanse lunch. In de slaapkamer is de airco een must, hiervoor moet wel extra betaald worden.
Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit weitem Blick in die hügelige Landschaft. Modern, gut ausgestattet, viel Platz. Schöne Außenanlage und schöner Pool, der jeden Morgen vom freundlichen Vermieter (Italienisch, Englisch) gewartet wurde. Pesaro, das Meer und weitere Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Umkreis von 20km gut zu erreichen. Ein toller Platz um mit Großfamilie und/oder Freunden zu entspannen.
