ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – At only 10 km from the Adriatic Coast, Villa Candelara is a beautiful private villa with pool located in Le Marche region. Its combines the peace and calm of a country house with the comfort of being close to the seaside city of Pesaro, rich in events and shows, including the famous Rossini Opera Festival. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a lovely garden with around 30 olive trees, providing the highest privacy during the stay. Guests can benefit of a porch furnished with table, chairs and outdoor sofas to enjoy relaxing moments and of a nice swimming pool.
The villa is on different levels and has been furnished by its owners in simple but functional style, as with most beach houses. On the ground floor there is a living room and a wide kitchen with fireplace as decoration only, giving direct access to the porch. Going down a few steps there’s the sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with small balcony, a double bedroom with single bed and balcony, a twin bedroom, a small bedroom with single bed and a large bathroom with bath. Through a staircase from the living room you reach the upper floor with a large double bedroom where it’s possible to add an extra single bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. Going up few stairs there is a wide relaxing area with sofas and tv corner. The basement of the villa is composed of a laundry area and a bathroom with shower.

Was die Nähe zu Dienstleistungen betrifft, weiß ich, dass die Stadt Candelara nur ein kleiner Ort ist, aber die nächsten Dienstleistungen sind zwischen 1,5 km und 3 km entfernt. Die Stadt Pesaro ist etwa 8 km entfernt, was sicherlich ein guter Kompromiss ist, um die Landschaft zu genießen und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Meeres und der Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten zu sein. Eine wirklich tolle Villa mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf die italienische Hügellandschaft. Das Haus ist sauber und urig, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden inmitten schöner Natur. Mit dem Auto ist man in 13 min. in Pesaro. Es gibt überall gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Hausverwaltung ist immer gut erreichbar und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der sehr schnell hilft, sollte es fragen oder Probleme geben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist für perfekt für eine grosse Familie. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und zwei Hunden in der Villa. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und es gibt innnen wie aussen einen grossen Esstisch mit Platz für alle. Der grosse Garten wie auch der Pool ist gepflegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist äusserst einfach, schnell und freundlich. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.
