PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He’s a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool with hydromassage area for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area.

During the summer there’re lots of events, many of them dedicated to local products, food & drinks. By the end of June there’s the culinary event Grigliato e Mangiato, dedicated to grilled meat with live music and entertainment for kids! Sports lovers cannot miss the great challenge Torneo di Rioni in July, whereas the month of August is very rich in events such as the International Lyric Prize Mario Tiberini, followed by the food festival Crescia co le Foje, all the way to the most anticipated event Pizza in Piazza. One of the most famous event is the Castagnolo Festival during Easter time.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt San Lorenzo in Campo. Die Räume sind sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Sogar eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Der gepflegte Pool mit seinen wertigen Liegen machte uns große Freude und bietet eine willkommene Erfrischung. Der dazugehörige überdachte Sitzplatz ist eine gute Gelegenheit, den Abend im Freien zu verbringen. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und kommt geäußerten Wünschen gerne nach. In der näheren Umgebung sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.
Séjour remarquable en tout point respectueux de l’annonce. Villa rustique mais très bien tenue et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien à notre confort. Hôte d’une très grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute de nos moindres souhaits. Piscine privative très propre et bien équipée. L’ensemble du domaine est à notre disposition. Les repas peuvent être pris tant à l’intérieur, que sous la pergola, tout comme à la piscine (frigo, four, table, chaises, couverts, etc…) et enfin devant la maison pour les amateurs de BBQ. Je recommande vivement et si je m’écoutais j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
Wat een fantastische plek! Het huis is brandschoon, alle faciliteiten zijn ruimschoots aanwezig. Zelfs bij het zwembad is er een koelkast en een elektrisch oventje zodat je daar ook van alles kunt bewaren en klaar kunt maken. De eigenaar is supervriendelijk, hij spreekt geen engels maar met handen en voeten kom je een heel eind. Hij doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Toen we weggingen kregen we zelfs nog een fles wijn en 2 potjes plaatselijke honing mee, wat een vriendelijkheid! De eigenaar heeft hulp van Fabio, een belg die o.a. Nederlands spreekt. Hij was bij onze aankomst aanwezig en fungeerde als tolk om alle bijzonderheden van het huis te vertellen.
