PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He’s a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area.

During the summer there’re lots of events, many of them dedicated to local products, food & drinks. By the end of June there’s the culinary event Grigliato e Mangiato, dedicated to grilled meat with live music and entertainment for kids! Sports lovers cannot miss the great challenge Torneo di Rioni in July, whereas the month of August is very rich in events such as the International Lyric Prize Mario Tiberini, followed by the food festival Crescia co le Foje, all the way to the most anticipated event Pizza in Piazza. One of the most famous event is the Castagnolo Festival during Easter time.
We had a wonderful stay with Claudio! The house was really pretty, clean and with everything we needed, the countryside is beautiful and Claudio’s estate is wonderful. We stayed there with our parents in law and our baby and he had a great time in the pool and running around. Claudio was so kind and helpful and ready to assist on anything we had questions on. His home grown vegetables and oil were so delicious and his kindness was really appreciated. We highly recommend this place.
Wir haben in der Casa Magica drei Wochen Urlaub genossen. Das Haus hat mit den drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern eine gute Aufteilung. Die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, 2 WCs, Fliegengittern an allen Fenstern, WLAN, Pool und großer Esstisch innen sowie 3 Essbereiche im Außenbereich lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Auch die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet- hervorzuheben ist der sehr gut eingestellte Gasherd, der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie der zusätzliche Kühlschrank im Poolbereich. Der Garten ist schön angelegt mit vielen verschiedenen Obstbäumen. Danke Claudio für Deine Großzügigkeit im Hinblick auf unsere Ernte;-) .
Das Haus liegt ruhig und günstig um sowohl die Berge als auch die Strände zu erkunden.
Wir haben uns im sauberen und ordentlichen Haus und Garten sehr wohlgefühlt. Dazu hat auch Claudio beigetragen, der einerseits sehr diskret war, andererseits sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und großzügig.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen mal wieder bei Claudio unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très bien équipée, propice au repos, environnement très calme, la piscine est top et Claudio est adorable.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt ausserhalb von San Lorenzo in Campo und das Dorfzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Dorf bietet alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Nebst den drei Schlafzimmern hat es zwei Bäder und eine grosse Küche. Da findet man alles zum Kochen und hat sogar eine Spülmaschine. Der Eingangsbereich ist zugleich auch das Wohnzimmer. Zum draussen Essen oder verweilen hat es beim Eingang einen gedeckten Sitzplatz. Geht man über den Kiesvorplatz, hat man unter zwei Bäumen weitere Gelegenheit. Von da aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf San Lorenzo. Geht man um das Haus, führt ein Weg zum Pool und gedecktem Sitzplatz, wo sich auch ein Lavabo, Kühlschrank und Pizzagrill befindet. Auch von da aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick ins Grüne und das Dorf.
Allgemein ist es sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter Claudio ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Wir verbrachten zwei tolle Wochen und würden sofort wieder gehen.
