PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Infinito is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche. It is set in the heart of the hill landscape of Le Marche and its optimal position allows the guests to enjoy the peaceful countryside and surrounding nature. However, the property is not far from the many historic centres of the region, renowned for their art and cooking traditions. The presence, cordiality and discretion of the owners make this small but comfortable structure a favorable solution. At the guests’ disposal many external living spaces for al fresco dining, a small porch, a panoramic pool with small Roman stair entrance and adjoining relaxing area with table, chairs and armchairs.
The property is composed of an open space where you find a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Three steps lead from the master bedroom to a twin bedroom which has direct access to the porch.

Walking through its quiet streets, you will discover ancient churches, such as that of Santa Maria in Piazza with a precious altarpiece by Lorenzo Lotto, or the charming medieval fortress from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Don’t miss the Apollo Theater, a refined example of nineteenth-century architecture. Mogliano is a small jewel of art, history and nature. During the summer, the town hosts numerous folk events that attract visitors from all over the area.

Het appartement was wat kleiner dan de foto’s deden vermoeden maar je bent toch veel buiten in de grote tuin en bij het heerlijke en schone zwembad. Het appartement ligt wel beetje in de middle of nowhere maar in het plaatsje Mogliano zitten wel gewoon supermarkt, bakker en restaurants. Grote supermarkten zijn wel klein half uur rijden. Le Marche verder heerlijke regio. Nog weinig toerisme en toch hele mooie stadjes. Maya is erg vriendelijke host en op elke vraag of verzoek reageert ze meteen! Was een top vakantie!

Huisje bleek wat kleiner dan de foto’s deden vermoeden, maar dat zie je vaker. Huis was volledig uitgerust toe en met peper en zout aan toe:) Hele mooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad.
Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw/eigenaresse (Maja). Huis zit beetje in the middle of nowhere. Kleine supermarkt wel dichtbij maar voor grotere moet je klein half uur rijden.
Verder was de communicatie met DH Villa’s ook top. Duidelijke instructies en erg behulpzaam.

De omgeving is echt adembenemend mooi – elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n uitzicht is een cadeautje. De eigenaren zijn niet alleen enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk, maar ook oprecht betrokken. Ze hebben zelfs cadeaus voorbereid voor onze jongste, die tijdens ons verblijf jarig was – zó lief en bijzonder! 🎁💛 De accommodatie zelf was brandschoon, comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht. Alles straalt rust en zorg uit. We voelden ons direct thuis en konden helemaal ontspannen. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug – een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die van natuur, rust en échte gastvrijheid houdt!
