PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Soleil is a private villa with pool in Le Marche region, nestled among the gentle hills of Montemaggiore, just a few minutes from the beaches of Fano. This villa is more than just a holiday home: it’s a haven of peace, nature and harmony. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, with that extra touch to make every moment special. The large fenced garden is a safe and rejuvenating space where children can play freely and your four-legged friends are welcome. You’ll also find a dual-depth swimming pool, ideal for little ones too, a table tennis area and a fire pit. The outdoor porch, furnished with a lounge area and dining table, is perfect for relaxing with a good book, sharing an aperitif at sunset, or enjoying dinners under a starry sky. Villa Soleil is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to experience Le Marche region in complete freedom—between days at the beach, excursions to historic villages and plenty of delicious food. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on three levels. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto an open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a TV area with a sofa, with direct access to the outdoor porch furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table for al fresco meals. On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds available on request) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The basement level with access to the outside features another open-plan area with a second kitchen, a large dining table and a TV area with sofa and double sofa bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.

This is a place where you can breathe in history – from Hannibal to the Malatesta family, all the way to Churchill – and experience the most genuine side of Italy. Montemaggiore is also known for its commitment to quality agriculture: here, the famous Bianchello del Metauro (DOC) is produced, along with local cheeses such as Valmetauro, and chrysanthemums are grown for the national market. In summer, the village comes alive with events and festivals that turn it into a small treasure trove of emotions. “A Spasso nel Castello”, at the end of June, is a unique event: a walking dinner featuring local dishes and wines, live music, and the village beautifully lit for the occasion. In July, nearby Villanova hosts the Music Fest, with two evenings of entertainment, great food, and workshops for children.
At the end of August, “Era Ieri” (It Was Yesterday) offers a moving historical reenactment of World War II, with actors, reconstructions, and a vivid account of Churchill’s passage in 1944 – perfect for those who cherish memory and the meaning of place. In September, a full day is dedicated to the food and wine culture of the Marche region with the Cheese Festival: tastings and local products, including the renowned Casciotta d’Urbino DOP.
Everything was perfect. Owners are super cutes, and gentles, the garden is incredible beautiful, size is perfect, swimmingpool is very well designed, thinking of every age.
Sure, if its possible we would like to go back and spend another amazing holiday there.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Der Check-in erfolgte freundlicherweise zeitlich flexibler als angegeben und wir wurden herzlich von Rosella empfangen. Das Grundstück ist groß, wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Rasen wurde wöchentlich gemäht und der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Feuerstelle fungiert auch als Grill. Hier waren wir zuerst skeptisch, aber dann sehr positiv überrascht. Alles ist toll darauf geworden und die Burger legendär. Der Eigentümer kam auch selbst vorbei, war sehr nett und bemüht, den Aufenthalt für uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wegen eines heftigen Gewitters hatten wir an einem Sonntag Stromausfall, aber dank der ständigen Erreichbarkeit von Rosella, konnten wir das Problem im Handumdrehen beheben. Letztlich mussten wir leider unseren Urlaub früher als geplant und vor allem sehr kurzfristig beenden. Rosella war auch hier wieder schnell vor Ort und hat mit uns die Übergabe außer der Reihe sofort möglich gemacht. Allen vielen Dank für alles!

Bezüglich Ihres Hinweises auf das fehlende scharfe Messer: Unsere Mitarbeiterin hat uns bestätigt, dass die Küche gut ausgestattet ist, aber wir werden dies gerne noch einmal überprüfen – es handelt sich schließlich um die erste Saison, in der diese Unterkunft vermietet wird.
Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub vorzeitig beenden mussten, aber wir haben vollstes Verständnis dafür und hoffen sehr, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen – dann vielleicht für einen noch entspannteren und vollständigen Aufenthalt.

Siamo stati la prima settimana di Agosto 2025 in questa splendida villa. La gestione della prenotazione è stata molto semplice. Unsere Buchung über dhvillas.com war von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise absolut perfekt. Die Website ist übersichtlich, die Villen sind detailliert beschrieben und mit realistischen Fotos dargestellt – keine bösen Überraschungen vor Ort!
Der Kundenservice war außergewöhnlich: schnell, freundlich und immer erreichbar, egal ob per E-Mail oder Telefon. Wir haben sofort gemerkt, dass hier Wert auf persönliche Betreuung gelegt wird.
Die Villa selbst war ein Traum – sauber, top ausgestattet und genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir vorab viele nützliche Infos bekommen haben, von Restaurants bis hin zu Ausflugstipps. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub stressfrei genießen.
