Events

The oldest festival in Le Marche region takes place in the town of San Costanzo and is dedicated to Polenta. There are also other dishes of the traditional cuisine, exhibitions, entertainment for children and music groups. The event has a winter version in mid-March and a summer version in the second half of July. In the small village of Stacciola the month of August opens with another food event, which is the Sagra della Crescia. Crescia is a local specialty similar to a focaccia and flavored with onion, rosemary or stuffed with sausage, salami and herbs. San Costanzo is close to the seaside towns of Fano and Marotta, rich in events of all kinds during the summer period.

Superschöne Lage, gepflegtes großzügiges Grundstück, ehemaliges Restaurant, ideal für größere Personenzahl. Toller Loungebereich, Pool in Freibadgröße. Monica war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps, Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc. Ihr Bruder betreibt eine Landwirtschaft und Weingut gegenüber. Jederzeit wieder.

Unbeatable location with fantastic views and excellent pool. Really spacey interior of the beautiful villa, large veranda and fantasic terrace for breakfast, lunch, appetizers and dinner… offering all day shade and the best view over the pieceful hills and of coure the large pool. And always that lovely soft sea breeze taking away the heat of the day. Surrounded by olive trees and perfectly cut grass. Private gate to access the villa and plenty parking space. Monica was our host and always available and quickly responding to any questions. Just one key recommendation to upgrade the beds to current standards. Not the cheapest place but still great value for those that can afford!

We spent 2 wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Monica. The house is very quiet situated, the property is completely fenced. In addition, the pool is secured by a fence. Perfect for families with children. It is also for a large family more than enough space – we were happy for the generous space on rainy days. The house is very clean, the kitchen spacious. Villa Monica was once a gastronomic establishment, you can see in the kitchen (huge refrigerators – all is made of chrome steel). Very convenient, but not very charming. We have only one real oven missing, the device, which serves as an oven, is only a small additional oven similar to a microwave with grill function. The pool was perfectly maintained and the water quality was very good. Also, the house owner Monica or her father was always available when there were questions. We recommend the house any time.

DREAM HOLIDAYS: Dear Anna Elisabeth, we’re so happy to know that you enjoyed your stay at the property! As you perfectly mentioned, the house has a professional industrial kitchen with high quality equipment and perfectly working. It gaves you lots of possibility to prepare meals even for large groups and try the recipes of the Italian cuisine. Hope to have you as guests for your future holidays in Italy!
