PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – If you are looking for a place where to experience the beauty of nature, Villa Meer is definitely the one for you. In the tranquility of Le Marche region, between the beach resorts of Fano and Pesaro, this charming property with swimming pool and hot tub will leave you breathless for its surrounding landscape. Perched on a hill, the villa gives an amazing view over the valley up to the sea on the horizon. Thanks to its peculiar position, you can relax at the countryside while enjoing the entertainment and cultural wonders of the area. From the villa you can easily reach the beaches, summer stages of numerous events, rich clubs and excellent fish restaurants. Surrounded by a garden full of plants and completely fenced-in, Villa Meer offers maximum hospitality in its outdoor areas. The salt water swimming pool with hydromassage corner and Roman steps entrance is the perfect setting to admire panoramic sunsets on the Adriatic coast. At the guests’disposal a comfortable solarium area with shower and sun loungers, a covered veranda equipped with tables, chairs, kitchen and barbecue. The outdoor spaces are completed by a hot tub, tennis table and terrace furnished with tables and chairs to spend every moment of the day. An electric car charging station is also present.
The property is on three levels, two of which overlooking the garden. The main floor consists of an equipped kitchen and a bright living area with fireplace. From here, through a large sliding glass door, you can access to the covered terrace with its wonderful view over the sea. The floor is completed by a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with an open space area (low ceiling) with two single beds, suitable for teenagers/children, a double bedroom with shower and private bathroom. From the main floor, an internal staircase leads to the lower floor in rustic style and with direct exit to the garden. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, billiard area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
Wir haben im August 2025 unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub in der Villa Meer verbracht und das Haus ist fantastisch, toll ausgestattet sowie sehr gepflegt.
Das Außengelände ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und mit Whirl- und Salzwasserpool ein absoluter Traum.
Sowohl von der überdachten Terrasse direkt am Haus als auch der am Pool kann man die herrliche Landschaft genießen und toll entspannen.
Abgerundet wird der super Gesamteindruck durch die 1a Betreuung von Rossella und den leckeren frischen Frühstückseiern, die Eduardo nach der morgendlichen Gartenpflege auf die Terrasse stellt.
Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa Meer nur empfehlen, von Billard über Flachbildfernseher und Internet, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben das Haus Anfang Juli für 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Kontakt und die Unterstützung von Rosella verdient eine 1 mit Stern. Auch Eduardo hat jeden Morgen die Arbeiten zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erstellt und so konnte der Tag immer sehr gut Starten. Dem Haus an sich fehlt eigentlich nichts. Die Lage mit dem Blick aufs Meer, in die Landschaft und der Sonnenaufgang ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bis dato das sauberste Haus in dem wir Urlaub gemacht haben. Der Rasen blüht und ist saftig grün. Wir würden immer wieder das Haus mieten und auch über DH Villas buchen. Einfach ein kleiner Fleck zur Erholung. Wir waren mit 7 Personen sowie Haustier vor Ort. Die Außenanlage ist sehr durchdacht und einfach wundervoll umgesetzt.

La casa e bellissima e l abbiamo trovata molto pulita, la piscina e top e la vista sul mare e stupenda. E una casa dove siamo stati molto bene in famiglia di 6 adulti e 2 bimbi. Wir haben die Villa Meer zwei Wochen im Juni 2025 mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern genießen dürfen. Alles was die Webseite von DH Villas über das Gebäude und die Umgebung verspricht, haben wir vor Ort vorgefunden. Mit der Ausnahme, dass es in der Realität noch schöner war!!
Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ganz nahe am Meer, zentral zwischen Pesaro und dem schönen Städtchen Fano. Der große Pavillon für den Außensitzbereich war sehr praktisch und der vorhandene Baumbestand ermöglichte einen angenehmen, natürlichen Schatten – immer begleitet von einem leichten Wind. Dadurch konnten wir auch bei heißen Temperaturen das Grundstück uneingeschränkt nutzen.
Unser tolles Urlaubserlebnis in der Villa Meer wurde durch den hervorragenden Service von DH Villas abgerundet. Das gesamte Team von DH Villas war während der Buchungsphase und für die Zeit bis zu unserer Anreise immer für Fragen und Anliegen ansprechbar und hat stets sehr schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Rossella, welche vor Ort unsere (deutschsprachige) Ansprechpartnerin war. Rossella war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes außerordentlich wertvoll und einzigartig gut betreut. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Amazing experience, the house is really thought through and has everything we needed and even more. A lot of shadow at the territory allowed us to stay outside even in the hottest hours and enjoy the spectacular view. Our host Rosella provided us with plenty of information about nearby restaurants and beaches and was extremely kind assisting us with a medical emergency.
