The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there’s a bright living area next to a modern kitchen with direct access to the porch. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a second bathroom with whirlpool tub. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with two single beds overlooking the living room—perfect for children or teenagers. The basement, also accessible via a spiral staircase, features a tavern-style lounge with TV area and table football, ideal for fun and relaxing moments. This level also includes a third double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single armchair bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the two double bedrooms on the ground floor. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance.
