PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Lucia is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, a few km from the historical centre of Castelfidardo, the Italian capital of accordion to which is dedicated the PIF, an important international festival held in September. This lovely borgo is set on a hill and gives to its visitors many panoramic views, from Le Marche countryside to the coast. Less than 10 km from the villa there are the beach resorts of Numana and Sirolo with the famous beaches of the Conero Riviera – among the most beautiful on the Adriatic coast. Other easy-to-reach and not to be missed destinations are Loreto with its sanctuary, Recanati – birthplace of the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi and Ancona with its picturesque gulf. The accomodation is located in a quiet and private position, surrounded by thick vegetation sheltering it from prying eyes. At guests’ disposal a wide pool and equipped porch to enjoy al fresco dining. The property is totally fenced with wire mesh.
The villa is set on three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room with dining area both with direct access to the equipped porch, service bathroom, and storage room. An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, also accessible via an external staircase; it is composed of a bedroom with two single beds, double bedroom with small balcony with view over the pool, bathroom with shower and bath. Walking up three steps, there is a wide relaxation area with double sofa bed. A wooden staircase leads to the top attic floor composed of a bathroom with shower and double bedroom with additional single bed.

Castelfidardo is a small village in the province of Ancona and from its dominant position, between fields and meadows, you can see the Monte Conero and the Adriatic coast. This country is famous all over the world for the production of the accordion to which at the end of September is dedicated the International Accordion Prize, a festival with artists from all over the world and great international guests. In a seventeenth-century structure of the Town Hall stands the Accordion Museum, where over 100 specimens selected from a larger collection are exhibited. An artisan laboratory equipped with tools and machinery has also been reproduced in one area of the museum. Do not miss a visit to the largest accordion in the world, built by a local master craftsman and entered in the Guinness World Records: a gigantic work of art 253 cm high, weighing 200 kg. Those who love nature can get lost in the spectacular uncontaminated landscapes of the beaches of the Rivera del Conero, in the nearby towns of Numana, Sirolo and Marcelli. On the northern slope of the Monte Oro hill there is the Selva di Castelfidardo, a forest representing a unique natural heritage in Europe.
Wir wurden vom Vermieter freundlich empfangen. Dieser war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Kinder sowie auch wir Erwachsenen haben den Pool sehr gerne genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man erreicht die Geschäfte und strand innerhalb von paar Minuten mit dem Auto. War ein schöner Aufenthalt.
We had a wonderfull stay at Villa Lucia. We were two families with children. The terrace was cosy and a great place to hang out in the shadow. The House is a little bit worn out, but it was still charming!
The large pool area was perfect and it was easy to find both sun and shadow.
If you use the aircon, you have to pay. We had a hot week and payed 260 euros.
The host, Daniel, was a superhost, and he was very quick to respond!

Ubytování zcela odpovídalo prezentaci, luxusní velký bazén s množstvím lehátek, nás opravdu učaroval. Velká terasa s velkým stolem pro všechny – velké plus. Byla to dovolená snů. Klid a soukromí. Přesně to jsme potřebovali. Všichni velmi ochotní a nápomocní. Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou. Dopručujeme.

Freundlich empfangen wurden wir vor Ort und auch als später mal Fragen aufkamen, wurde genau so geholfen.
Man hat eigentlich egal wohin, zwischen 5 und 15 Minuten.
Also wir fanden es so klasse und würden jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren.
Es war alles wunderbar. So ein schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool.Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt! Viele schöne Dinge in der Nähe gab es zu sehen und die Adria mit Strand richtig klasse. Die Italiener, besonders in den Restaurants waren sehr freundlich und kinderlieb.
