ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Il Fiore e la Farfalla is a large farmhouse with pool in Le Marche, situated in the hills of Pesaro at a short distance from the sea. The location is located in a strategic position to easily reach the coast and cities such as Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia, Rimini and Riccione. The completely fenced property is perfect to welcome big groups and it is surrounded by a lovely garden full of olive trees. Guests have access to a swimmingpool, a private and fenced pond, a soccer field in natural grass and outdoor spaces to eat all together.
The accommodation borders on a property, although it guarantees privacy, exclusive entrance and spaces for relaxation.
The farmhouse is set on two levels: the ground floor consists of a large living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a toilet with laundry area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there are six double bedrooms each of them with private bathroom with shower, except for one bedroom that has a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Electricity over 300 KW/week: € 0.50 per Kwh (to pay on spot)

Extra cleaning during vacation: € 10/hour (3 hours minimum) (to pay on spot)
Extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 15 per person (to pay on spot)
Additional baby cot (in addition to the one provided): € 20/stay (to pay on spot)
Pool use (optional service before 01/05 and after 30/09 to book in advance): € 200/stay (to pay on spot)

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
Ein wunderschönes, grosszügiges und sehr sauberes Haus! Wir (3 Familien) haben unsere Ferien in dieser Villa sehr genossen und in der grossen, gut ausgestattteten Küche viele verschiedene Essen zubereitet. Emanuela, die Hausbesitzerin, war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la villa IL FIORE E LA FARFALLA in provincia di Pesaro.
La villa è in realtà una porzione di un casolare e quindi con dei vicini, per cui occorre avere qualche riguardo.
Le camere sono al primo piano nel sottotetto : belle ma calde. Una stanza a piano terra è attrezzata per disabili ma manca il bidè e/o una doccetta per il water. Dalla cucina alla sala ci sono due gradini.
La piscina non è proprio vicino alla casa.
Si può pranzare o sul davanti della casa (i tavoli in legno necessitano almeno di una mano di vernice protettiva ) o sul retro sotto una tettoia ma scomoda da raggiungere dalla cucina ( bastava un vialetto di collegamento …. )
Il prezzo non è basso ma abbiamo controllato che sarà aumentato di 1000 € per lo stesso periodo del prossimo anno : sinceramente non li vale.

La descrizione dell’alloggio presente sul nostro sito, così come le fotografie mostrano la struttura in modo da permettere a ciascun ospite di valutare se l’alloggio sia adatto alle proprie esigenze.
La villa non è parte di un casolare, ma confina con un’altra proprietà, come inserito sempre in descrizione garantendo agli ospiti privacy, proprio ingresso esclusivo e spazi per il relax.
Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, non ci risulta un aumento cosi significativo come può verificare dalla web.
Ci teniamo a precisare che tutte le informazioni inerenti la villa sono consultabili online e ci dispiace se le sue aspettative non sono state pienamente soddisfatte.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas’s team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!

Una bellissima casa, con spazi interni ed esterni veramente generosi, molto versatile, anche in caso di maltempo. La posizione é abbastanza isolata, per garantire tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo in 10 minuti di macchina si può facilmente raggiungere Pesaro e un supermercato. Nei dintorni non ci sono zone per camminate (tutte strade carrabili relativamente strette), ma con brevi tragitti in macchina si possono raggiungere dei bellissimi borghi. La posizione strategica della casa consente di visitare tutta la regione delle Marche con facilità. Accoglienza della proprietaria calorosa e ricca di informazioni. É sempre stata disponibile e reattiva anche in caso di piccoli inconvenienti. Piscina, laghetto e verde sono ben curati. La vista al tramonto é stupenda. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di bagno Indipendente. Cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea di DH per il supporto costante durante il viaggio. Indubbiamente consigliato!
