ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Surrounded by the harmonious landscape of Le Marche region, Villa del Duca is a private villa with swimming pool, located just a few kilometers from Urbania, a peaceful and welcoming town offering all the services needed for a comfortable stay. Set in the countryside, the villa features an infinity pool with panoramic views, accessible via a scenic path lined with aromatic herbs, plants, and flowers, making the walk a true delight for all the senses. The interiors combine modern furnishings with the traditional finishes of Marche farmhouses, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace, the centerpiece of the living area, provides warmth and intimacy even during the colder months, while a heated Finnish hot tub allows guests to relax under the stars. Guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue, and a porch with a cozy lounge area. From the villa, it is easy to discover the charm of Urbania: cobbled streets, the evocative Church of the Dead, artisan workshops where hand-painted ceramics are still made, and local venues offering wine tastings and regional specialties. Cycling enthusiasts can explore trails surrounded by the lush greenery of the area.
Upon request, the owner can organize egg pasta workshops for children and families, as well as private dinners at the villa, offering unforgettable moments immersed in the flavors of Le Marche region.
The villa is on the first floor accessible via an external staircase and is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a large living room-kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with single bed, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is an area with a French sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. An additional folding bed can be added upon request in the living room. A toilet is present in the pool area.

The National Festival of Befana in Urbania is one of the most popular events of this kind in Le Marche and Italy. During the days before Epiphany, the historic center of the city is enlivened by parades of befanas, shows, dances, food stands and the descent of the Befana from the Bell Tower at the end of each day. On the final day of the festival there’s an impressive fireworks display. In mid-September there is the food event Sagra del Crostolo, which is a local specialty based on flour, water, milk and lard, stuffed with cooked vegetables, meats and cheese. In the stands you can also taste Le Marche typical wines and craft beers. The event is accompanied by shows, music, games for children and a competition for the preparation of crostolo.
Die Villa del Duca ist ein sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Nach einer Woche wird das Haus einmal saubergemacht, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Francesca, die Hausverwalterin, ist stets mit Informationen und Hilfe zur Stelle. Die Ausicht und der Pool sind wunderbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es liegt oben am Berg, man ist mit dem Auto trotzdem in ein paar Minuten in Urbania, wo es herrliche Restaurants, Bars und zwei Supermärkte gibt (sonntags bis 12.30 geöffnet). Einfach alles herrlich.
Ich war mit vier Kollegen eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus, um in der Emilia Romagna mit dem Rennrad zu trainieren. Die Aussicht von dem Standort ist genial. Wir haben den Pool sowie der Hotpot genutzt, top! In nur 5 min ist man mit dem Auto im Stadtzentrum von Urbania. Parkieren ist dort immer möglich… Ganze 22 Restaurants laden zum verwöhnen ein. Wir können das Haus sowie die Umgebung nur empfehlen. Und wenn was ist, ist Francesca via Whats-App immer erreichbar und es wird sehr rasch geholfen! Danke nochmals Francesca! Wir hatten zu fünft einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und das Haus bietet alles was es braucht. Francesca war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer sofort parat, wenn wir eine Frage oder einen Wunsch hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
