ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casa Rossa is a private villa with pool in Le Marche located in the hill setting of San Costanzo at few km to the Adriatic Coast. The property is surrounded by a wide garden with panoramic view over Le Marche countryside. It is ideal for a refreshing holiday, in addition the proximity to the sea allows to experience the nightlife of the seaside resorts rich in events, restaurants and shops. At the guests’disposal a panoramic pool and a gazebo perfect to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there’s a wide living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there’re two apartments both composed of a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with two single beds.

The oldest festival in Le Marche region takes place in the town of San Costanzo and is dedicated to Polenta. There are also other dishes of the traditional cuisine, exhibitions, entertainment for children and music groups. The event has a winter version in mid-March and a summer version in the second half of July. In the small village of Stacciola the month of August opens with another food event, which is the Sagra della Crescia. Crescia is a local specialty similar to a focaccia and flavored with onion, rosemary or stuffed with sausage, salami and herbs. San Costanzo is close to the seaside towns of Fano and Marotta, rich in events of all kinds during the summer period.
Positiv: die Lage ist toll. Man hat es ruhig und unsere Hunde konnten frei laufen. In nur 15 Minuten ist man am schönen Strand von Marotta. Der Pool war warm und wir hatten viel Spaß damit. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist absolut ausreichend. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
Negativ: leider schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Bilder versprechen da mehr Komfort als es der Realität entspricht. Die Betten sind leider extrem unbequem! Vor allem in den oberen 2 Wohnungen.
Fliegengitter fehlen oder sind defekt. Und es war zu unserer Zeit leider eine richtige Plage mit Moskitos.

Liebe Susanne, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen haben. Bilder werden von der Agentur persönlich aufgenommen und geben die Hausbeschreibung wieder – es ist eine Landvilla in Meeresnähe in einfachem, aber funktionalem Stil. Was die Betten betrifft, so hat der Eigentümer bereits neue Matratzen für die nächste Saison gekauft. In Bezug auf die Fenster-Neds sind sie laut Beschreibung nicht vorhanden. Leider ist das Vorhandensein von Moskitos mit dem sehr heißen Klima dieser Jahreszeit und dem Vorhandensein eines Schwimmbeckens verbunden, das diese Art von Insekten anzieht. Casa molto comoda in tutte le sue parti.. Camere spaziose cucina funzionale.. Situata in un contesto paradisiaco, “cul de sac” di una stradina bianca.. Giardino grande e ben curato che fa da contorno alla piscina.. Posto ideale per rilassarsi, in silenzio con vista su bellissime colline e anche mare un po’ più in là.. Consigliato sicuramente 👍
Monica, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Kommunikation in Englisch ging mit ihr gut.
Die Kaffeemaschine war z.B. extrem langsam, auf Nachfrage haben wir noch am gleichen Tag eine neue bekommen.
Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Sitzbereich war sehr schön, der Ausblick fabelhaft. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert.
Das Haus war von innen ok, Platz genug, aber die Bäder doch etwas veraltet
