PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs.
The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was es für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt inklusive einer kompletten Außenküche. Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen und wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Die Ankunft war sehr angenehm – ein Welcome Package stand auf dem Küchentisch mit Pasta, Sauce, Wasser, Keksen, Kaffee, Marmelade und Brot. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön hergerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Veranda ist riesengroß. Durch die Lage oben auf der Anhöhe ist es sehr ruhig und es findet sich für jeden ein schönes Plätzchen. Der Blick ist einmalig. Wir haben jeden Sonnenuntergang genossen. Antonio ist ein netter und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Der gut sortierte Conad Supermercado ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Unterhalb vom Haus über einen Weg gelangt man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Agroturismo mit Pferden. Dort kann man Reiten und es gibt dort auch ein Restaurant. Urbino ist in knapp 30 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Haus und Pool sind einfach genial. Der Blick auf die Landschaft und Urbino ist fantastisch. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool wird jeden morgen gereinigt. Antonio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke dafür!
