PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs.
The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.
Du ser ingen naboer og føler du har bjergene og solnedgangen helt for dig selv, enten med et glas vin i hånden eller mens du aftenbader med ungerne i den lækre pool. Virkelig skønt! Man kan også nogle gange høre heste og grise fra agriturismoet lidt længere nede af bjerget – virkelig hyggeligt (og de laver god mad i gåafstand). Poolen blev rengjort hver tidlig morgen af ejer, så den var lækker med det smukkeste udsigt og dejlig lavendel- og rosmarin-eng med sommerfugle i baggrunden. Velholdt smuk have med massere skyggepladser med gode udemøbler at slænge sige i. Gode senge og mega dejlig terrasse lige uden for køkkenet hvor alle måltider indtages. Praktisk vaskerum, med god tørresnor lige udenfor, og hvor badedyr kunne opbevares over natten 🥳 Alt i alt et dejligt hus med den vildeste have, pool og ikke mindst udsigt! ❤️

Das Haus und die Lage waren so wie im Portal beschrieben.
Das Haus war geräumig, sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet. Es war schön kühl und hatte viel Platz
Die Betten waren bequem.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, ich habe selten so eine gut ausgestattete Küche in Ferienhäusern gesehen.
Ein Traum war der Garten, super gepflegt mit wunderschönen Rosen, Labendel und Rosmarien. Es gab sogar frische Küchenkräuter, die wir nehmen durften. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool, der angenehme 26 Grad hatte, gesäubert. Im Garten gab es ebenso wie im Haus viele schöne Details mit Pflanzen und kleine Sitzgruppen. Ganz besonders gut war die Outdoor Küche, sie ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers, der auch die Anlage pflegt. Jede Anfrage per WhatsApp wurde schnell beantwortet und wenn nötig kam er selbst am Nachmittag vorbei um zu helfen.
Es gab keinerlei Beanstandung, wir können guten Gewissens 10 Punkte vergeben, wenn es ginge sogar mehr.

A wonderful house, an enormous, well-kept and beautiful garden and views to die for! We particularly noticed little details such as the lovely roses planted around the swimming-pool fence which soften the view from the house and the rest of the garden; also the well-placed groups of seats and trees allowing visitors to enjoy the various stunning views. Antonio, the owner, has also promised to install an electric car-charging point next year as the ones in the local village didn’t seem to work. Our party of 6 adults and three little boys had a wonderful holiday with everything we could possibly want. And we really recommend eating at the local Agroturismo restaurant. We also enjoyed visiting San Marino, Urbino, Faro in the coast and the aquarium in Cattolica. We would definitely go back.
