PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs.
The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.
Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön.
Wir waren hier 12 Tage, Drei Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kinder.
Ein einglaublicher Urlaub. Sowohl DH Villas wie auch Antonio (Hauseigentümer) waren zur jederzeit sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.
Das Haus ist hervoragend, der Pool fantastisch und die Lage einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder!
The villa is set in truly beautiful surroundings and we were warmly welcomed by Antonio on our arrival. He was very kind, attending quickly to any of our queries as well as recommending local walks and restaurants. We did appreciate the basket of food too. The villa was delightful, comfortable and well decorated – a truly lovely place to stay surrounded by gorgeous views. Everything was very well presented and maintained and we were very appreciative of the welcome pack of goodies. All we needed was readily to hand and the villa attractively furnished. The region of Le Marche is delightful to explore and full of interest with its coastal resorts, historic inland towns, peaceful countryside and wonderful food.
