PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Azzurra is the result of the reconstruction of a typical rural farmhouse of Le Marche countryside. This old barn has been transformed into a charming holiday home able to accommodate four adults and one child. The recent renovation reflects the owners’ passion for reusing. With care and attention, they have given new life to objects and materials. Each brick has been restored and reintegrated into the new structure with modern design elements, thus creating a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
This refined property represents an exclusive refuge for those who wish to explore the beauties of Pesaro and surrounding territories and experience moments of complete relaxation in a refined and cozy setting. Among the advantages of Villa Azzurra is certainly its strategic position that allows you to enjoy the natural landscape and reach places of considerable interest and value. From Acqualagna, a popular destination for lovers of food and wine tours where to try truffle hunting experience and taste local delicacies, to the university city of Urbino, one of the most important centers of the Italian Renaissance and declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The 150m2 property is located on a 400m2 plot, entirely fenced and characterized by a porch for al fresco dining, paved solarium with sunbeds and a heated whirlpool tub with chromotherapy and ozone therapy. The synthetic grass lawn offers a panoramic bioclimatic pergola overlooking the beautiful valley. Few steps lead to the swimming pool for the guests’ private use located in the neighboring property that belongs to the same owners, Doriana and Giuseppe, very friendly and discreet people always happy to provide excellent suggestions and assistance during the stay.
The villa is on two levels connected by a modern led lighted staircase. The entrance on the ground floor is directly into the open space consisting of a bright living room with comfortable sofas and TV area, adjacent dining room and equipped kitchen with central island and decorative fireplace. From the kitchen you can exit directly to the porch with brick barbecue area, table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. A door and a few steps separate the kitchen from the double bedroom, with private entrance from the outside and en suite bathroom with shower. The living room leads to a laundry area and a service bathroom with double sink. The large staircase takes to the mezzanine floor consisting of a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Guests can benefit of an additional sofa bed to accommodate a child.

In June, the Palio del Re, a medieval historical reenactment featuring costumed parades, medieval games, district rivalries, and ancient-style performances, celebrates the area’s rich history and heritage.

Vor Ort ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Besonders geliebt habe ich den Whirlpool und die Hollywoodschaukel. Einen besonderen Dank möchte ich Doriana und Ihrer Schwiegertochter aussprechen. Sie sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und überraschten uns zu unserem 25. Io, mia moglie e i miei suoceri abbiamo soggiornato per 15gg presso la villa. We had an amazing time at this lovely holiday home in Italy. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. You can really tell that the owners take great care of the place.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything looked just like the photos – or even better!
The outdoor area was a real highlight – it’s big, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. We spent most of our time outside, relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the jacuzzi in the evenings. The view is absolutely stunning – especially at sunset!
The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They gave us good tips and made sure we felt welcome. We really appreciated their kindness. A special moment was when they introduced us to the famous truffle from Le Marche – truly unforgettable!
