PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Claudia is a holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region in San Lorenzo in Campo, a small town 25 km from the beaches of Marotta on the Adriatic Riviera. Its location offers a magnificent view over Le Marche hills and a unique experience in close contact with nature. Guests can make use of a brick barbecue ideal for summer dinners and several outdoor areas equipped for al fresco eating and relaxing. The pool has a comfortable stepped entrance and is with salt water.
The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, a toilet.
* Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms
** Pets allowed max. 2
Water, electricity, gas kitchen use, weekly supply of bedlinen and towels, Internet wi-fi connection
Final cleaning: € 80
Extra cleaning when pets are present: € 50 per pet/ stay (to pay on spot)
Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due
Air conditioning: € 100 per week (to pay on spot)
Extra cleaning during vacation: € 10 per hour/ minimum 3 hours (to pay on spot)
Extra changes of linen or towels during the stay: € 10 per person/change (to pay on spot)

During the summer there’re lots of events, many of them dedicated to local products, food & drinks. By the end of June there’s the culinary event Grigliato e Mangiato, dedicated to grilled meat with live music and entertainment for kids! Sports lovers cannot miss the great challenge Torneo di Rioni in July, whereas the month of August is very rich in events such as the International Lyric Prize Mario Tiberini, followed by the food festival Crescia co le Foje, all the way to the most anticipated event Pizza in Piazza. One of the most famous event is the Castagnolo Festival during Easter time.
Das Haus liegt wunderschön privat abgelegen! Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Garten und die Aussicht war besonders bei Sonnenuntergang traumhaft. Alles im Haus war sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es wurden sogar große Handtücher bereitgestellt. Claudia war sehr sehr nett und wir haben gar nicht mitbekommen, wie sie jeden Morgen den Pool für uns gereinigt hat. Bei unserer Anreise war das Haus etwas schwer zu finden, aber Claudia konnte uns sofort helfen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, um Einkäufe zu erledigen oder den nächsten Strand (30min Fahrt) zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Mal würden auf jeden Fall Insekten/Mückenspray mitnehmen, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Sauberes Haus und Anwesen. Tolle Umgebung allerdings sehr bergig aber schön. Gänse, Hühner und ab und zu Hundegebell rundeten die schöne Zweit ab. Mit dem Radl konnte man ganz viele Ruinen erforschen. Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Empfehlenswert
