ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there’s a bright living room with fireplace and dining table, a well equipped kitchen with lounge area, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed and private bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathroom with shower.

Events

Summer in Monte Giberto is full of events related to the local culinary tradition. The main one taking place at the beginning of August is the Festival of Florentine Steak of Le Marche PGI breed. In the splendid setting of Pinetina, food stands will be open all weekend and every evening there will also be live music and games for children. There are many events in the whole province of Fermo, including exhibitions, concerts, shows and food festivals.

A great experience. Wonderful house mit a lot of little detail to it. Perfect recreation. Incredible friendly hosts. Highly recommended . Would go back there anytime.
