Das kürzlich renovierte Anwesen ist perfekt, um Perugia, Gubbio, Todi und Orvieto zu erreichen, die einige der charakteristischsten Attraktionen Umbriens sind.
Das Anwesen, mit seinen weitläufigen Außenbereichen, bietet seinen Gästen einen privaten Pool und verschiedene Entspannungs und schattige Bereiche, um im Freien Mittag und Abendessen zu genießen.
Das Bauernhaus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen.
Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem geräumigen Esszimmer, einer ausgestatteten Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmern, eines davon mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschbereich und eigenem Bad mit begehbarer Dusche.
Zwei separate interne Eingänge führen in den ersten Stock, der in zwei Schlafbereiche unterteilt ist.
Der erste besteht aus einem Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbett und eigenem Bad mit Dusche, einem Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Badewanne. In der zweiten befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Entspannungsbereich mit Sofa und Fernseher.

Spoleto bietet viele Attraktionen für diejenigen, die es besuchen möchten. Mit seinem kunstreichen historischen Zentrum bietet die Stadt viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten: Piazza Garibaldi, Il Duomo e la Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta, il Teatro Romano, il Ponte delle Torri e la Rocca Albornoziana.
Jedes Jahr zwischen Ende Juni und Mitte Juli findet in der Altstadt von Spoleto das Festival dei Due Mondi statt, eine Veranstaltung, die die Kunst in all ihren Formen hervorhebt: Musik, Tanz, Theater, Malerei und Kino.
Es ist eine Veranstaltung von internationalem Ruf, die nicht nur Besucher aus der ganzen Welt empfängt, sondern auch die renommiertesten Protagonisten der Kunst und der Unterhaltung beherbergt.
Zu den anderen Veranstaltungen, die die Stadt charakterisieren, gehört das Festival Dolci d’Italia, das den Liebhabern von Süßigkeiten gewidmet ist, die die Gelegenheit haben, typisch italienische Produkte von hoher Qualität zu probieren.
Spoleto in Fiore ist ein Ausstellungsmarkt für Blumen und Pflanzen, die das gesamte historische Zentrum während dieser Zeit bereichen.
We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back! Thank you very much for all your help, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made good use of all the facilities, even the outdoor oven. We loved watching the fireflies every night, so magical. You should include that in the house information, people would love to know about it. Please pass on our thanks to Fabrizio, he was excellent and so attentive. We will definitely look to come again. Lovely family-stay for us as a big family. The pool was lovely, rooms were big, desks all around for people to work a little from home. Large tables to sit down and have a meal together, playing cards and just being together. Very nice and helpfull owner to great us and show us around at check in.

With our children, their partners and our grandchildren – 14 in total – we spent a marvellous holiday in a great house surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms are of different sizes but very comfortable and with all amenities needed. A car is indeed a must but that is part of the charm and uniqueness of the house. Fabrizio, the owner has been extremely helpfull and has become like a friend. The vicinity of the city and the station of Spoleto are other great assets. If you plan to travel by air, Rome FCO is a two hour drive. We hope to have the opportunity to travel back in the near future. Also the contacts with DH Villa’s were very pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience!
