Questa soluzione è adatta per grandi gruppi che amano la tranquillità e semplicità . La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, è perfetta per raggiungere Perugia, Gubbio, Todi e Orvieto, solo alcune delle attrazioni più caratteristiche dell’Umbria.
La proprietà con ampi spazi esterni, offre ai suoi ospiti una piscina privata e diverse zone di relax e d’ombra per pranzi e cene all’aperto.
Il casale è disposto su due livelli.
Al piano terra troviamo un’ampia sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, due camere matrimoniali una delle quali con bagno en-suite con doccia, un bagno con doccia e zona lavanderia, un bagno con doccia adatto per disabili.
Due accessi interni separati conducono al primo piano suddiviso in due zone notte. La prima è composta da una camera matrimoniale con letti a castello e bagno interno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno con vasca, la seconda da una camera doppia con bagno interno con vasca, una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia, un bagno con vasca ed una zona relax con divano e TV.

Spoleto offre molte attrazioni per coloro che desiderano visitarla. Con il suo centro storico ricco di arte, la città offre numerosi luoghi piacevoli da visitare: Piazza Garibaldi, Il Duomo e la Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta, il Teatro Romano, il Ponte delle Torri e la Rocca Albornoziana.
Ogni anno, tra la fine di giugno metà luglio, nel centro storico di Spoleto prende vita il Festival dei Due Mondi, un evento che esalta l’arte in tutte le sue forme: musica, danza, teatro, pittura e cinema. Si tratta di un evento di fama internazionale che, oltre ad accogliere visitatori da tutto il mondo, ospita i protagonisti più acclamati dell’arte e dello spettacolo.
Tra le altre manifestazioni che caratterizzano la città c’è il Festival Dolci d’Italia, dedicato agli amanti del dolce che potranno assaggiare tipicità italiane di grande qualità .
Spoleto in Fiore è una mostra mercato dedicata a fiori e piante che durante il periodo arricchiscono tutto il centro storico.
We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back! Thank you very much for all your help, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made good use of all the facilities, even the outdoor oven. We loved watching the fireflies every night, so magical. You should include that in the house information, people would love to know about it. Please pass on our thanks to Fabrizio, he was excellent and so attentive. We will definitely look to come again. Lovely family-stay for us as a big family. The pool was lovely, rooms were big, desks all around for people to work a little from home. Large tables to sit down and have a meal together, playing cards and just being together. Very nice and helpfull owner to great us and show us around at check in.

With our children, their partners and our grandchildren – 14 in total – we spent a marvellous holiday in a great house surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms are of different sizes but very comfortable and with all amenities needed. A car is indeed a must but that is part of the charm and uniqueness of the house. Fabrizio, the owner has been extremely helpfull and has become like a friend. The vicinity of the city and the station of Spoleto are other great assets. If you plan to travel by air, Rome FCO is a two hour drive. We hope to have the opportunity to travel back in the near future. Also the contacts with DH Villa’s were very pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience!
