BEHERBERGUNGSBETRIEB – Casale Andrea ist ein gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Pool in der Nähe von Spoleto, einer charmanten Kunststadt in Umbrien. Perfekt für Familien oder Freundesgruppen bietet das Landhaus großzügige Räume, maximale Privatsphäre und eine entspannte Atmosphäre mit Panoramablick auf Felder und die Apenninen. Die Innenräume sind für Liebhaber der Einfachheit gestaltet und verfügen über helle Zimmer und eine warme Gastfreundschaft. Draußen lädt eine überdachte Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen dazu ein, gemeinsame Momente zu genießen – sei es beim Frühstück oder beim Grillen im praktischen Grillbereich. Der private Pool ist der wahre Spaßfaktor für Groß und Klein, ideal für fröhliche Spiele und unbeschwerte Momente bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Lage ist ein großer Vorteil, da Perugia, Gubbio, Todi und Orvieto – Dörfer voller Geschichte, beeindruckender Landschaften und kulinarischer Genüsse – leicht erreichbar sind.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großer Speisesaal, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Doppelzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbereich sowie ein behindertengerechtes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Zwei separate Innentüren führen in den ersten Stock, der in zwei Schlafbereiche unterteilt ist. Der erste Bereich umfasst ein Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbett und eigenem Bad mit Dusche sowie ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Badewanne. Der zweite Bereich besteht aus einem Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Badewanne, einem Doppelzimmer, einem Zweibettzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie einem Entspannungsbereich mit Sofa und TV. Der Außenbereich des Landhauses wird videoüberwacht.

Spoleto bietet viele Attraktionen für diejenigen, die es besuchen möchten. Jedes Jahr zwischen Ende Juni und Mitte Juli findet in der Altstadt von Spoleto das Festival dei Due Mondi statt, eine Veranstaltung, die die Kunst in all ihren Formen hervorhebt: Musik, Tanz, Theater, Malerei und Kino.
Es ist eine Veranstaltung von internationalem Ruf, die nicht nur Besucher aus der ganzen Welt empfängt, sondern auch die renommiertesten Protagonisten der Kunst und der Unterhaltung beherbergt.
Zu den anderen Veranstaltungen, die die Stadt charakterisieren, gehört das Festival Dolci d’Italia, das den Liebhabern von Süßigkeiten gewidmet ist, die die Gelegenheit haben, typisch italienische Produkte von hoher Qualität zu probieren.
Spoleto in Fiore ist ein Ausstellungsmarkt für Blumen und Pflanzen, die das gesamte historische Zentrum während dieser Zeit bereichen.
We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back! Thank you very much for all your help, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made good use of all the facilities, even the outdoor oven. We loved watching the fireflies every night, so magical. Lovely family-stay for us as a big family. The pool was lovely, rooms were big, desks all around for people to work a little from home. Large tables to sit down and have a meal together, playing cards and just being together. Very nice and helpfull owner to great us and show us around at check in.

With our children, their partners and our grandchildren – 14 in total – we spent a marvellous holiday in a great house surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms are of different sizes but very comfortable and with all amenities needed. A car is indeed a must but that is part of the charm and uniqueness of the house. Fabrizio, the owner has been extremely helpfull and has become like a friend. The vicinity of the city and the station of Spoleto are other great assets. If you plan to travel by air, Rome FCO is a two hour drive. We hope to have the opportunity to travel back in the near future. Also the contacts with DH Villa’s were very pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience!

Fabrizio und sein Team waren die besten Gastgeber die ich je hatte. Er war sehr freundlich und sorgte dafür das unser Aufenthalt perfekt ablief. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Badezimmer und Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet.
Une maison magnifique située dans un endroit retiré pour profiter d’un calme et d’une vue magnifique.
Toutes les pièces sont équipées de la clim (moyennant un supplément).
La piscine est bien grande et agréable.
Le propriétaire est sympathique et d’une gentillesse incroyable.
Rien à redire c’était parfait !
