STRUTTURA PRIVATA (SOLO LOCAZIONE) – Villa Malu è una villa privata con piscina nelle Marche a Massa Fermana, un piccolo comune tra i monti Sibillini e l’antico borgo di Mogliano, nella provincia di Fermo. Perfetta per godersi la tranquillità e i sapori autentici di questa regione, la struttura è stata realizzata nel rispetto dell’ambiente e garantisce all’ospite la massima praticità e comfort. Le numerose stradine di campagna sono ideali per lunghe passeggiate a piedi o in mountain bike, mentre le spiagge si trovano a circa 35 km. La proprietà è dotata di spazio attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto, piscina con ingresso a gradini e solarium, il rifugio perfetto nelle giornate estive. A disposizione degli ospiti una casetta camping in legno con due letti singoli, un’opportunità per fare comodamente campeggio in giardino e vivere un’esperienza singolare da combinare alla tradizionale vacanza in villa. La proprietà è interamente recintata.
La villa si sviluppa su due piani. Al piano terra si trova un ampio open space con cucina, tavolo da pranzo, zona relax con camino ornamentale, piccolo ripostiglio e toilette con zona lavanderia. Una scala conduce al piano superiore dove si trova la zona notte, composta da due camere matrimoniali, una quadrupla con letti a castello e un bagno con doccia.
La strada per raggiungere la villa è stata recentemente asfaltata e il tratto finale sterrato è stato stabilizzato con misto ghiaia, rendendo il percorso più agevole e piacevole.

Massa Fermana è un piccolo comune nella provincia di Fermo a due passi da Mogliano, un suggestivo borgo marchigiano in provincia di Macerata, situato tra i Monti Sibillini e il mare Adriatico. Con origini antiche e un passato medievale, è noto per la lavorazione del vimini e l’olio d’oliva pregiato. Passeggiando per le sue vie tranquille, scoprirai antiche chiese, come quella di Santa Maria in Piazza con una preziosa pala di Lorenzo Lotto o la suggestiva Rocca medievale da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato. Non perdere il Teatro Apollo, un raffinato esempio di architettura ottocentesca. Mogliano è un piccolo gioiello tra arte, storia e natura.
Durante l’estate, il paese ospita numerosi eventi folkloristici che richiamano visitatori da tutta la zona.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Eigentümerin. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Zusätzlich zu den Kosten, die bei der Buchung auf Airbnb als Gesamtbetrag angegeben werden, ist vor Ort eine Reinigungsgebühr zu bezahlen. Das ist zwar in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung erwähnt, aus unserer Sicht jedoch etwas versteckt (Stand 10.10.2025).

Overall, we had a very good experience. Like many others said in the reviews already, the place is very hard to get to IF you don’t know the correct road. We were told the correct road we need to use by Maja after we first arrived. The roads up there are still challenging sometimes and should be driven on with caution. The house is very warm and comfortable. It has a great kitchen, a big living room and two clean bathrooms (even with a washing machine). The outside area is great too with an amazing pool, a big table to have dinner at, and many beach chairs to sun bathe. One thing we didn’t enjoy: One of the bedrooms has 4 very small beds + a baby bed. The beds are not really suitable for adults which should be mentioned in the offer. Maja was always very communicative and helped us when needed. The agency booked restaurant tables for us since we don’t speak Italian an made recommendations where to go. All in all, we had a very nice week in Massa Fermana.

The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house has a beautiful outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for grilling and a large pool. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is definitely necessary. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the fridge should be changed into a bigger one considering the size of the house and the number of guests. The air conditioning costs additional.
