STRUTTURA PRIVATA (SOLO LOCAZIONE) – Villa Luisa è una villa privata con piscina e vista mare a Pesaro, nelle Marche. L’elegante centro storico cittadino offre diversi itinerari storico-artistici e ogni sera spettacoli e iniziative animano l’estate, come il celebre Rossini Opera Festival. Circondata da un ampio parco ricco di piante ed ulivi secolari, questa villa è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi in totale privacy e trascorrere piacevoli giornate in spiaggia nella costa Adriatica, che dista circa 5 km. A disposizione degli ospiti una luminosa veranda panoramica perfetta per mangiare e godersi il panorama, oltre ad un’area barbecue attrezzata con tavolo e sedie. La proprietà è interamente recintata.
La villa è disposta su due livelli. Al piano terra si trova un open space con soggiorno e cucina, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno ensuite con doccia, camera doppia (letti unibili su richiesta) con possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. Al primo piano accessibile tramite scala interna o dall’esterno è presente un ampio salone con tavolo da pranzo e terrazza panoramica, cucina, bagno con vasca idromassaggio, due camere matrimoniali e una camera singola. A disposizione degli ospiti ampia veranda attrezzata con tavolo e sedute accessibile sia dall’esterno che dal piano terra.

A Pesaro non ci si annoia mai, gli eventi sono davvero tanti e per tutti i gusti. La manifestazione più conosciuta è il Rossini Opera Festival, che si tiene ogni anno ad Agosto ed attira tantissimi appassionati da tutto il mondo. A fine Giugno si svolge la Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema, una rassegna cinematografica di paesi e autori sconosciuti, un evento di grande richiamo. Per i bambini a metà Giugno c’è la Mezzanotte Bianca, un appuntamento con giochi, spettacoli e tanto divertimento. Pesaro inoltre ospita l’Adriatic Arena ed un quartiere fieristico dove vengono organizzati concerti, congressi e convegni. Di grande interesse i mercati e le fiere locali, come la fiera di San Nicola a Settembre, la Festa del Porto nella prima domenica di Luglio ed il mercato dedicato all’antiquariato, organizzato ogni terza domenica del mese. Per gli amanti dello shopping, la Stradomenica è un appuntamento presente nella terza domenica di ogni mese; tutti i negozi del centro e del litorale rimangono aperti fino a tardi.
The hosts were super friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. The villa has everything you need, is very clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. We very much enjoyed the pool, since the ocean is quite far away. The house is family and pet friendly which we appreciated. Overall a perfect holiday.

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Eine super nette Begrüßung vor Ort durch Cinzia, Stefano und Kollegen.
Unser Hund Monti hat den wirklich komplett eingezäunten Garten genossen, er war im Paradies ohne Leine.
Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten super gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort wirklich genossen und überlegen schon ob und wann wir wieder kommen können.
Auch die Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, und der Tipp von Stefano zum Trüffeleinkauf u.s.w. waren ein Highlight.

Wow, what a place! Villa Luisa is huge, beautiful, and super clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the owners are some of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met, they really make you feel right at home.
The area is very peaceful, but you’re only about 30 minutes from Rimini. There are fun party spots nearby if you want some nightlife, as well as gorgeous beaches and great restaurants for Family and Friends.
Honestly, it was the perfect holiday, amazing villa, lovely hosts, and the best mix of relaxation and things to do. Highly recommend!

Wir waren 1 Woche hier und es war absolut traumhaft! Die Besitzer waren ultra freundlich und die Anlage selber war riesig und für meine Hunde ein Traum! Sie konnten frei herumrennen, da es gut gezaunt ist. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht inkl. Grill, schöner Sitzplatz, Wintergarten etc. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto schnell erreicht. Wir waren 8 Leute mit zwei Hunden und es hat reichlich Platz für alle. Die Aussicht aus der Hängematte am Morgen werde ich definitiv vermissen! Ich kann es wirklich jedem Empfehlen, der die Ruhe und Zeit mit den Liebsten geniessen will. Man bekommt das wofür man auch bezahlt! Danke für die tolle Woche!
