STRUTTURA RICETTIVA – Villa del Duca è una villa privata con piscina nelle Marche a pochi km da Urbania, graziosa cittadina nota per la produzione della maiolica. La villa è immersa nella campagna in posizione panoramica ed è dotata di una piscina a sfioro. All’interno gli arredi danno un tocco di modernità risaltando le tipiche finiture del casale marchigiano. A disposizione spazi per mangiare all’aperto e godersi le bellezze naturalistiche del territorio.
La villa si sviluppa al primo piano accessibile tramite scala esterna ed è disposta su due livelli. Il primo piano è composto da un ampio soggiorno-cucina con camino, bagno con doccia, due camere matrimoniali con letto singolo, una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno con doccia, bagno con doccia. Al piano soppalcato si trova una zona con divano letto alla francese, camera con due letti singoli e un bagno di servizio. E’ possibile aggiungere un letto pieghevole letto nella zona giorno. Wc in zona piscina.

La Festa Nazionale della Befana ad Urbania è uno degli eventi più famosi nelle Marche e in Italia. Nei giorni che precedono l’Epifania il centro storico della città si trasforma con cortei di befane, spettacoli, balli, stand gastronomici e la discesa a fine di ogni giornata della Befana dalla Torre Campanaria. Nel giorno conclusivo della manifestazione si può assistere ad un suggestivo spettacolo pirotecnico. A metà Settembre si svolge la Sagra del Crostolo, una specialità locale a base di farina, acqua, latte e strutto, farcita con verdure cotte, salumi e formaggi. Oltre al crostolo, negli stand si possono degustare anche i vini marchigiani e le birre artigianali. L’evento è accompagnato da spettacoli, musiche, giochi per bambini e da un concorso per la preparazione del crostolo.
The house and swimming pool are amazing. Just missing some reading lights in the bedrooms and except coffee there was nothing else in the kitchen. So we had to buy all basic stuff like salt, pepper etc. Also no please to put groceries in the kitchen. Maybe the owners need to stay a couple of days in the house to see what is missing.

the house was great & located very nice
we would give the advice to also offer pool towels
it’s a lot of luggage to take those & the pool was rather cold

About pool temperature, it varies according to the season of stay but are generally pleasant. With the hope of having you as guests soon!
The house is well built and keeps cool even during very hot days. It has a nice rustic style and good quality. Francesca was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to our questions. She also came and cleaned both the house and the pool during our stay.
Excellent place for quiet holidays, contemplaining the nature, the villa is super located, very well equipped, very nicely decorated. If you need anything there is a village Urbania 5 km down. The owner Francesca is very nice and kind. If rented during cold months there is an extra charge for heating.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, komfortable Badezimmer.
Der Pool mit traumhaft schöner Aussicht. Leider war das Wasser sehr kalt, etwas ungewöhnlich.
Die Entfernung zum Ort ist ideal, schnell zu erreichen.
Wir können diese schöne Villa ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.
