STRUTTURA RICETTIVA – Villa Monica è una bellissima villa privata con piscina nelle Marche, ubicata a pochi minuti da San Costanzo e a soli 9 Km dalla Costa Adriatica. Ricavata dall’agriturismo di famiglia degli stessi proprietari, la villa è immersa in un contesto tranquillo e riservato ed è stata arredata con gusto e praticità. La location è ideale per trascorre le proprie vacanze in pieno relax circondati dai pittoreschi paesaggi della campagna Marchigiana, ma al tempo stesso la vicinanza al mare e alla città di Fano offre la possibilità di visite, escursioni, shopping negli outlet delle grandi firme e divertimento nei locali balneari della cittadina. La proprietà, interamente recintata, è completata da un bel giardino ed una magnifica piscina con vista panoramica. Inoltre la villa offre ai propri clienti ampi spazi esterni dove gustare cene indimenticabili.
La villa è disposta su due piani. Al piano terra troviamo un ampio salone con camino, tavolo da biliardo, sala pranzo, cucina professionale, due toilette e zona lavanderia. Al piano primo, al quale si accede tramite un’ampia scala, troviamo un grazioso disimpegno, una camera matrimoniale con bagno en suite con doccia, due camere matrimoniali con bagno en suite con doccia (possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo in una delle stanze), una camera tripla, una camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. L’area esterna del casale è videosorvegliata.

A San Costanzo si svolge la più antica sagra delle Marche dedicata alla Polenta. Oltre alla polenta si possono trovare le specialità della cucina locale e sono presenti esposizioni, animazione per bambini e gruppi musicali. L’evento ha una versione invernale, a metà Marzo e una estiva nella seconda metà di Luglio. Nella piccola frazione di Stacciola il mese di Agosto si apre con un altro evento legato al cibo della tradizione, la Sagra della Crescia. Questa specialità marchigiana è simile ad una focaccia e viene aromatizzata con cipolla, rosmarino o farcita con salsiccia, salumi e erbe. San Costanzo è vicina alle città balneari di Fano e Marotta, in estate ricche di eventi di ogni genere.

Pool und Haus sind sauber.

FANTASTIC HOUSE WITH GREAT LOCATION. Large beautiful swimming pool. Friendly and helpful host
The house was definitely not rent ready. Bad beds and mattresses, which were replaced on the 3rd day, inadequate equipment in the kitchen, the wooden deck around the pool should have been replaced before we arrived, wood splinters and loose screws, completely crooked boards. Super friendly host, but he simply didn’t understand guests’ demands for the standard of the house. DH Villas was involved and helpful throughout, but I think many mistakes could have been avoided with better supervision from DH Villas.

Overall this property is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. the clean 15m pool is even useful for swimming, enough space for 11 people, great, big kitchen the owners were kind, helpful and did a small repair instantly. As we stayed 2 weeks, the towels and linen were changed once a week.
We had a wonderful time at the villa Monica! Monica and her father were super nice and service minded. We had some trouble with a rental car and they drove us to Pesaro. The house was perfect for us with a great pool and plenty of space in the kitchen and at the tables. Beautiful view of the surroundings. We will recommend the house to everyone we know
