STRUTTURA PRIVATA (SOLO LOCAZIONE) – Villa Colombaia è una villa con piscina privata nelle Marche ubicata a circa 400 metri sul livello del mare. Questo rustico in pietra si inserisce nello splendido contesto panoramico dei monti dell’entroterra marchigiano. Il casolare conserva l’atmosfera della casa famigliare di campagna, offrendo all’ospite tutte le comodità e la tranquillità per un soggiorno rigenerante, fra natura e borghi ricchi di arte e storia. La proprietà è circondata da un ampio giardino con vari spazi esterni attrezzati con tavoli e sedie. Inoltre, a disposizione degli ospiti un porticato con tavolo e sedute in legno e una piscina panoramica di forma irregolare.
Ideale per due famiglie che possono affittare la struttura come unica villa, ma al tempo stesso avere la propria privacy essendo suddiviso in due unità completamente indipendenti. L’appartamento principale è composto da cucina con camino, ampio salone con possibilità di aggiungere un letto, una camera matrimoniale con piccola toilette, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Il secondo appartamento, più piccolo nelle dimensioni, è composto da soggiorno con divano letto (2 posti), cucina, ripostiglio, camera con letto matrimoniale e letto alla francese, bagno con doccia. In zona piscina è inoltre presente un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, pratico e funzionale quando ci si trova in quest’area.

In autunno, Acqualagna si trasforma, ospitando nei weekend di novembre la celebre Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco. Una festa dei sensi con mercatini di tartufo fresco, cooking-show con chef stellati, degustazioni, laboratori, concorsi e incontri enogastronomici. Il cuore dell’evento è Piazza Enrico Mattei, da cui si estende il vivace Mercato del Gusto, ospitando eccellenze locali e stand internazionali. Da non perdere il Salotto da Gustare, le sfide tra vip in cucina, il prestigioso Tartufo Award, masterclass di degustazione e il celebre riconoscimento “Ruscella d’Oro” per personaggi che hanno valorizzato il territorio.
Il borgo ritrova il suo splendore anche in altre stagioni: a febbraio, la Fiera regionale del Tartufo Nero Pregiato, per chi ama sapori intensi e decisi e ad agosto con la Fiera del Tartufo Nero Estivo, con mercatini, spettacoli e intrattenimento familiare.
Acqualagna è anche un punto ideale per esplorare la natura: la Riserva Naturale Statale Gola del Furlo regala itinerari panoramici, escursioni a piedi o in bici, e scorci da cartolina immersi nel verde.
We (a family of 5, with 3 kids ages 2-8) spent 2 marvellous weeks in Villa Colombaia. To start with, everything was just as the pictures say: the nice garden, the comfortable house and the pool, plus the great views and landscape around.
The owners Beniamino and his son Cristiano were the perfect hosts: very kind, always reachable and really caring for us (we had a small problem with the TV on a Sunday and it was solved the same day). The hillside estate invites to go for regular strolls, to enjoy the garden with lots of flowers and “wild-life”, of which the owners are taking care 3 days a week during the earliest morning hours (we never even noticed them doing this work). Our kids extremely liked the daily visit to the hens at the other side of the estate – always providing us with fresh eggs! We never got tired of the great views to the surrounding hills. A real highlight is the swimming-pool. It works with salt water and was always extremely clean. There were several sun loungers and parasols available, they seemed to be totally new. A nice feature of the whole estate is also the outdoor lighting which can be activated to one´s personal likings – including in-pool-lighting. Absolutely no complaints about the house from our side either – as can be seen in the pictures the interior is in a rustic style with older furnitures – it´s a good fit and we liked the atmosphere, bedrooms, living area, kitchen… (we were staying in the upper part of the house, making use of the lower flat only when another family stayed with us overnight for a short visit). The house doesn’t need any system for air-conditioning – it´s a stone house with thick walls, all windows have mosquito nets and so we just made sure to have some ventilation with the door and living-room windows open – the house was always cool, although we were having +30 degrees outside on most days. As the place is up on a hill, be prepared for a 15 min. car drive in order to reach the next supermarket (good variety) in the valley. The only bad thing in this part of Italy are the bumpy roads! These did not stop us to visit some nice places of which we most liked the small cities of Urbino and especially Gubbio (worth the +90 min. drive!). The Fasassi cove also was great fun for the whole family. We definitely plan to repeat and come back to Villa Colombaia in the future!
Wir verbrachten mit 7 Personen eine entspannte Woche in der Villa. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, waren aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit herlichen Ausblicken und es ist sehr ruhig. Unseren Kindern hat vor allem der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.
La struttura corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione ed alle foto pubblicate su Vs. sito, buona la pulizia, le dotazioni sono state più che sufficienti a soddisfare le ns esigenze, ottima l’accoglienza da parte del proprietario. Villa Colombaia 10 è la struttura ideale per chi vuole “staccare” del caos cittadino, offre un panorama magnifico in assoluta tranquillità. Degni di nota la fantastica piscina ed il meraviglioso giardino che circonda la casa. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’ovetto fresco quotidiano fornito dalle sei galline presenti nel pollaio in giardino.Il servizio offerto dall’agenzia è stato impeccabile dimostrando competenza e serietà sin dai primi contatti. Il sito è strutturato in modo tale da avere tutte le informazioni necessarie prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno. Grazie a tutti voi per aver reso il ns. soggiorno ad Acqualagna un ricordo molto speciale.
We’re safe at home again for a couple af days now and get a smile on our face when we think of our week in villa colombaia. The reason is not just the great weather and being with our (grand)children but also the lovely house, pool, surrounding, hospitality, biking, best homemade pizza ever made by the kind grandson, fresh eggs, kittens and so on.We visited Urbania, Urbino, the beach in Fano, and market in Senigallia.What we loved about the house is the separate apartment which is ideal for two families or friends. Also the well equiped kitchen and bathrooms, sunbeds etc.
We had a most enjoyable vacation. The property was exactly as it had been advertised; we found it to be excellent in terms of room available and the facilities. The swimming pool is indeed a major blessing, and was very well maintained throughout our stay. All the cleaning was done in the early hours of the morning, so as not to disturb us, and clean sheets and towels provided every week as promised.The kitchen was excellent. We love to cook, and this is the first summer property we have hired where the kitchen was indeed fully equipped to cook well for a large family.The owner was very helpful on all occasions, though we did not really have any major problems during our stay.
