PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) –Â Villa Lama is a private villa with swimming pool at only 3 km from the village of Pomaia in Tuscany. Set in the typical Tuscan hill setting, it is only 15 km from the coast and allows to easily reach the nearby cities of art including Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano. The villa is surrounded by a large garden fully gated with equipped areas perfect to enjoy relaxing moments. Guests can benefit from a panoramic swimming pool and a tennis court. A few meters from the property there is a restaurant, laundry service and baby sitting.
The ground floor consists of a living room overlooking the pool, two dining rooms, an equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a service bathroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large living room, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, four twin bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower; in all bedrooms on this floor it is possible to join the beds. On the second floor there is a living room, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower, small kitchenette and dining room; all bedrooms on this floor have sloping ceilings. In some of the bedrooms it is possible to add a third bed, up to a maximum of four extra beds.

For this property the cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified within 60 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified from 59 to 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation notified starting from 29 days prior to the first day of the stay

The borgo of Pomaia is located on a hill position in the province of Pisa. At short distance from the Tyrrhenian coast, it boasts a strategic position to explore the most famous Tuscan cities. This place is known for the traditional festival Sagra del Baccello, which usually takes place in the last week of April. During this event it is possible to taste some of the typical dishes of the local Tuscan cuisine, such as pappardelle with wild boar or pod stew. In Pomaia there is the Lama Tzong Khapa Buddhist Institute, where various courses, retreats and organized events are held throughout the year.
