PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Rosa is a lovely villa with private pool in Le Marche region, located at a short distance from Fossombrone. It is situated at the countryside in a very calm position but it’s also close to the Adriatic coast. The location is perfect for those seeking for relaxation with the comfort of being at a short distance to the sea. Guests can benefit of a wide garden rich in plants and a wonderful pool. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.

The Triumph of Carnival is an event held in the first half of May. During this weekend, the city districts challenge each other to conquer the Palio del Cardinale by venturing into historical games ending with the equestrian race to the ring. The streets of the historic center are enliven with beautiful parades of figures wearing historical clothes and there are street artists, such as waders, musicians and fire shows. On this occasion each town district sets up a inn proposing Renaissance menus. Every Thursday during the summer, shops remain open until late at night for the Magic Summer Forum Shopping. You can visit most churches and historic buildings as well as take part in concerts, grill parties and events dedicated to children. An evocative evening in August is the Night of the Perseids, when a guided tour of the archaeological park is organized and followed by a typical Roman dinner with animation shows. Summer proceeds to the rhythm of Jazz with the free shows of the Fossombrone Jazz Festival. During the weekends that precede Christmas, the event Fossombrone Magic Christmas attracts many visitors with fantastic snow shows, music and street markets.
Wir waren mit drei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Villa Rosa und haben diese Zeit sehr genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten (oben die Wohn-Ess-Küche, ein Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer, unten drei Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Terrassentüren, und zwei Bäder, eines davon mit Waschmaschine), der überdachte Essbereich vor der Tür und die überdachte Sitzecke laden zum Essen und Verweilen im Schatten ein. Es gibt auch eine Garage, Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, das Grundstück eingezäunt.
Absolutes Highlight ist der schöne Pool!
Der Vermieter kam jeden Morgen zum Reinigen des Pools und zum Gießen, aber zu einer Uhrzeit, in der wir noch geschlafen haben. Zur Begrüßung standen Obst, eine Flasche Wein und süße Gebäckstücke bereit, einmal pro Woche haben wir Eier bekommen.
Die Straße von Fossombrone zur Villa Rosa ist teilweise schmal, aber es gibt genügend Ausweichmöglichkeiten / Buchten.
Manchmal hört man die Hunde der Nachbarn, aber wir haben uns schnell an sie gewöhnt. Außerdem haben sie sicher auch uns gehört, wenn die Kinder im Pool gespielt haben…;)!
Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es gibt in der Umgebung viele schöne Ausflugsziele (Furlo-Schlucht, Urbino, das Meer z.B. in Fano ist nicht allzu weit, Mondavio usw.), auch wandern kann man sehr gut.
Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub, und wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Abbiamo riunito tutta la famiglia per una vacanza a metà strada tra Emilia e Abruzzo. È stata un’ottima idea, ognuno ha avuto i propri spazi e, al contempo, c’è stato modo di passare del tempo assieme.
La piscina e l’esterno di Villa Rosa sono davvero zone relax, ci si abbandona al riposo e ci si ritrova decisamente rigenerati. L’interno è curato nei minimi particolari e accogliente al massimo. Si pensa sempre che in una casa vacanze sia impossibile che ci sia tutto invece qui sembra di essere a casa propria. Basta partire con costume, telo e crema solare!
Nei dintorni, se si vuole esplorare la zona, si può visitare Fossombrone e fare gli acquisti quotidiani in scioltezza. Volendo fare qualche chilometro in più si può raggiungere Fano, per una giornata al mare oppure a esplorare il centro storico! Se si vuole esplorare l’entroterra, invece, Acqualagna e altre famose cittadine marchigiane distano pochi chilometri.
Abbiamo trascorso 10 bellissimi giorni a Villa Rosa, ritornare alla normalità lavorativa in città ha implicato almeno una settimana! GRAZIE di averci fatto scoprire questa bellissima location.
